dging by the mics the Oaks are using I would bet this is form 1989. The wireless mic the oaks are using still have antennas on them in the form of little wies. You would not have likely seen that by 1992. Also looking at how young George looks I would guess it was the first years of his stint as the president of the USA. Good video thanks for posting it.
Great video. One problem though. Everyone is saying 1989-1992 and Golden was not with them then.

@macaibhistin Should be from 1989-92 considering this is probably a presidential performance thing and George HW Bush was the president at this time.
