  • i cant wait for my 3rd kyu exam in October. thats when i get my hakama. its going to feel so mint :D

  • It is not a shodan exam. It is an exam to get the hakama. In our dojo, it is not strictly correlated to a rank, but between 3k-1k. This can be different from one dojo to another. In some dojo even beginners wear the hakama, in others you wear it only when you are shodan.
