I have a 1.5 year old REd shiba and we introduced a 4 month old Black and Tan shiba into the family a few days after Christmas. Needless to say the older one wasn't too thrilled at first but now they play all the time.
Cute. Did Bear have any trouble adjusting to having another dog join the family? I have an 11 month old red shiba inu and we plan to get a black and tan later.
@tikki103 when we got a lil aussie he was crazy all over my shiba.! they love to play w each other but when its time to sleep or nap, the aussie goes to my shiba and does the same thing casey is doing! just cuddling up against him. and my shiba does just like bear! like "uhm.. what are u doing here? what the? uhm.. fine.. whatever" look! hehe so cute
your black and tan looks just like mine, just smaller because mine is 5 now =)

@N1koNik0 Bear wasn't too thrilled in the beginning but he's fine with her now. They are the best of friends. :)
