i used to have a few of these guys, long haul and scrapper are the ones i remember clearly but i lost them many years ago when i left London but now i am collecting the hurcules set from TFC and although they cost a fortune i don't regret it, they have some shared characteristics like bonecrusher's blade forming his chest for example, i wont have the whole thing until mid-late april but i am so excited :D i may not have the original G1 anymore but it's great substitute

@Xephon0930 I'm getting and reviewing the Hercules set. I like the overall look of that one better. I think it has more of a G1 cartoon feel to it and not as big and bulky like Devastator was in the comics, which i think the Maketoys version replicates better

So I'm retarded for not wanting a Devastator? Well, that's a little harsh. I like the G1 series, but I just don't collect figures at all because I don't have a place to display them. If I were to collect any Transformers figures, I'd find just Optimus Prime to be a more interesting, complex character whose figures would be slightly more worthwhile to collect.

I don't appreciate being told I'm not a true fan because I don't have Devastator. I just started my collection and happened to buy Masterpiece Grimlock and Optimus first. I haven't researched much on figures so far, but the Classics Devastator looks bad and the fact that two of the figures are just repaints of two of the others is a real turn off. And of course movie Devastator is kind of cool, but nowhere near the coolness of the original Devastator. I'd buy the G1 now if I could afford it.

I have this set but It is real different from this one. I cannot find any online pictures of it but basically it is a multicoloured Devastator (Not G2 or anything like that). Scavenger is Yellow, Bonecrusher is purple, MixMaster is black, Long Haul is dark green, Hook is blue and Scrapper is Red. You ever seen anything else like this one, it always seemed strange to me?
