I have been hearing a lot of people talk about all types of acids. I dont agree at all with this.

The bodies PH needs to be PH + over 7

The lower the PH and the more acidic our body gets the lower our immune system is.

you should not listen to your family.

As long as you take your vitamins, wash your hands often, and boost you immune system with things like garlic, onion, peppermint oil, Frankincense, myrrh, vitamin C, etc. You should be fine.

ALSO: Tamiflu's most active ingredient is found in pine needles, just stay away from junipers and the little bushes with red berries, those are both poison.

You hit it on the head. Thats exactly whats coming. its Ebola and they try say the flu is changing. As if its super evolution. Its a bunch of bugs, bateria, and viri that they whipped up and now they are spreading it all over the world.
