Just curious why use a plow stlye ripper?

Verses the standard shank ripper have never seen one like this before?

This D10N was used for both dozing (push earth) and spreading lime. While spreading lime, it has to get a plow, what is more, they didn't really need a shank ripper on this project.

That wall must have been kind of strong to hold up the D10.
