Si tienes el Sony Vegas 7 busca en [Media generator] ahi encontraras "text"

ahi solo tienes que agregarlo a tu timeline y lo editas, tiene muchos estilos pero para que ande flasheando el "loading" tienes que usar el "transition" de disolve y lo agregas. lo siento si suena confuso lo que digo esque para mi cuando ago estos video y me pierdo xD
