It's a drill. Lot of departments do drills to train, like with Basketball and Track. Over the years they turned into games and then events. In this one they have a Modified Drag truck that is loaded with hose and they are setting up a supply line directly to the fire hydrant and running it. Fastest time wins.
it's in Hempstead, trust me there are too many things to look at. This is just good clean fun.
