Nubbie Guide , i reccommend a guide ( u need 40 Mining or 15 Mining for a little worse one)1st. the lvl 40 mining one) Go to Rimmington , go northeast to the Mining place. Then mine gold (there should be around 2 gold rocks there ,) Mine Iron while waiting and drop them.

(the lvl 15 Mining one) go southeast of Varrock to the mining place and Mine iron , bank every Iron ore u have in ur bag , when u have over 200-300 in ur Bank, then go sell them On the Grand Exchange.( Do Same with gold one)GL!
