that chick is Fiona Sit (no, i'm not kidding. that is her last name). she's a pop singer signed to Warner Music Hong Kong and she first popped into the music scene titled "A Letter to Keanu Reeves" just a year or two before Constantine came out. so you can kinda see how funny it was for Fiona to be interviewing Keanu Reeves.
Fiona is quite language talented. She speaks fluent chinese and english. not bad.
