that's the one thing i hate about guitar hero, is that it doesn't have the open string (though they added it for the bass in GHWT but i don't really like the way they show it) and that actually is something that sometimes makes it more difficult than the actual guitar. you don't have to worry about moving so much. especially with this song CGCF....it's already a power chord.

its called hyperspeed, its a cheat available for both number 2 and 3, if u have GHII for xbox 360, go to the main menu screen and hit blue orange yellow orange blue orange yellow yellow, and it should say cheat activated, try it out for urself, most of the great players prefer to use it

I read in GameInformer that the window that you can hit the notes in is bigger in GH3.

Some of the songs would be almost impossible if they didn't do that (But then again that only matters if you play it on hard/expert)

i can play base guitar but probrably not as good as your friend, but i have a friend who plays base guitar in a band, he says playing guitar hero is like trying to play backwards on a real base guitar so i doubt thats why ur friend is so good, and as far as him sucking or not 5 stars is admerable but it isnt perfect nobody gives a shit unless it is perfect and jordan isnt the hardest song it just has one of the hardest parts in it.
