  • I drive a bike in an urban environment and this video I can totally relate too. I have had two crashes in my 8 years of driving, both of which were as consequence to me assuming too much. Both cases I was lawfully correct, but it doesnt change the fact that had I have read between the lines, the accidents would probably not have occured. If your driving a bike but are not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then your dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

  • Two in eight years?! That is freaking scary... makes me afraid to buy one. Are crashes that common for all riders?

  • Actually, no. Crashes *are* that common for riders who don't pay attention to what's around them.

    Which is the whole point of the vid.

    Take the Safety Course, Wear the Gear, Ride Safe.
