  • Great.. I am around the strange part of Youtube once again.

  • havent you realized that the ones complaining about the "tax cut" are the ones who are considered to be upper class.........greed that is all it is

  • This video is a favorite on Malawi

  • well yay im upper class!! my parents make together over 1 million dollars a year. yayyyyy

  • people makin more than 28$ / year are upper class .

  • The Obama-blackness-hipster-hype-train has just been derailed!!!

  • @ThincKritically

    what about worldwar2 ?

started the golden age of capitalism, government all the way ...

  • Fuck you Obama.

    Sincerely,

    The people.

  • @ThincKritically There is a certain teen percentage of taxation of where the government makes the most revenue and the people prosper the most. Why doesn't the government want to make more money today? Because they simply want to punish hard working people for having something many politicians who's only source of income is playing politics, not even doing their job, and that's why the economy has been going downhill since the early 1900s. The FED is another problem, draining your money.

  • and i thought the golden age of capitalism was during the 1950 after ww2 where the government spent millions in deficit spending which revamped the economy to so much so that it become the richest nation in the world

    i guess history is wrong...

  • @ThincKritically yeah im open to arguements and opinions. Yes, I understand how more money and position represents you better in court of modern times. Former Governor Easily or however you spell his name of NC was involved in a lot of corruption charges that were proved. He had many freaki nattorney by his side because he could afford it. Someone like me couldn't. It is just nderstood in the constitution that we are equal in court. Getting rid of a sales tax would help everyone, right?

  • what i love is that most of the people voting for republicans will never make more than 80k a year anyway

    haha

why don't they start making money before thinking about how much taxes they'll pay

  • He meant more, not less than $250,000 per year. They are all liars!

  • everyone always pre judges the rich and thinks their evil, even though in some way they support all middle class and poor people. Their the ones giving people the jobs. If everyone was equal like in Communism, then no one could hire anyone without going down themselves, and if everything went to plan, it would grow back to the competition stage naturally. You can't make everyone equal. We all have different talents that others want or want to utilize. We are only equal in court.

  • I agree

  • @cronaldo77100 and that's the "congratulations for a job well done" by the government. Your rents are now able to instead of enjoy their hard work, can pay for someone elses laziness XD

  • crackerz99, it's really not that much money.

  • scientific research has proven that people making more money have a higher amount of money that they consider makes you rich. Someone who makes 50,000 thinks the 100,000 guy is well off and the 100,000 person thinks the 250,000 person has no problems. My parents make over this amount, but they are doctors and went to school for twelve years while eating ramen noodles for dinner. My parents sacrificed and are now at the top, but have a lot of problems paying the taxes that subsidize everybody.

  • I think that botox is getting to pelosi and bidens head.

  • my parents make 250,000, and it's harder to pay for things than people think. First of all., parents have had to pay full price for each of my siblings ivy league schools, unlike people who make under 100,000 and go for basically nothing. We get no waivers for lunch, standardized testing (50 dollars each time), or college applications. It's the middle class that gets killed while the poor get subsidized and the rich are on their yacht not caring about what happens anyway.

  • @Cronaldo77100 i lol'ed at ur comment, "my parents had to send me to Yale instead of Harvard" and your complaing

  • hold on

you're bitching because your parents had enough money to pay for their children to go to the top schools in the world ?

lets due the math shall we ?

Harvard education is about 50000 a year, four years for a BA so that's about 200000

and you said siblings so there is at least 2, so 400000 dollars your parents could afford to blow into education

and your bitching about a 50 dollar waiver ?

    wow, just wow

  • @Cronaldo77100 Maybe your parents shall know that ivy league schools are only for the super rich. If you complain. So, either, you go but don't complain or you just drop ivy league and your siblings.

  • Its not enough to justify taking it, and its not an insult if i fall into the same category as you. I agree it is massive money, but they made that massive money and should be able to keep it. Im not bitter because i do not make that much and i am happy for those who do. If people find that insulting look at the government officials, what they are making, thats a real insult. Or our national debt nearing $14 trillion, that is an atrocity,

  • Comment removed

  • my mom and dad makes 30 thousand to 35 thousand dollars a year and they have to raise 5 kids including me and my brothers..

  • @lifes40123 maybe your parents should not have 5 kids if they each make 30k a year.

  • McCain, you lost. Get off the stage you old fart.

  • when are people going to realize that tax cuts cost money! one person is paying more and another is paying less. just tax the piss out of the rich!! the middle class is always spending their money! the rich just hoard it! and that's NO GOOD for capitalism.

  • I think you learn about Dates in 1st grade... November 2007 doesn't come after October 2008.

  • I feel it wrong to take from the rich, they worked hard to get their money, most of them. And if i work someday to make a million dollars, and keep up my 4.0, i dont want people who slacked all around me saying i should be penalized for being a hard worker. And what people do not see taxes will go up for everyone, not just the rich, but the rich is who will pay, and really i would say 250K is not that much for two working parents. HEALTH CARE WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF THE POORS POCKET TOO! 6% BS

  • @winone01 you jackass, $250K split between two parents is a lot of money, my mother has been working at bank of america for over 22 years, shes the secretary to the regional manager, she makes about $36K, my dad, a construction worker and part time mechanic makes about $42k, so yes $250K is a TON for two working parents, damn dude, you must be living the good life, i cant dream of what it must be like to live in a household like that.

  • @crackerz99 I did not insult you therefore do not insult me. I do not live in a household that makes near $250,000 and im not upset about it. But People who work for their money, and get their positions based off of working hard through school, to get into college, and from their a higher paid position, should not get the money they have taken away. I work hard, hours of studying, with a job, and extracurriculars. If i make a ton of money someday, i earned it, it wont be given to me.

  • @winone01 no, I agree with every single thing you said, but yes, you were insulting me and 99% of all the people in the world when you said $250K a year for one household isnt a lot of money, when in actual fact, that is a massive amount of money, some people are lucky to make that much in 20 years.

  • hey America.......do you believe Uncle Okeedoke Obama is a liar yet???

  • Hell no..pussy.

  • My family is middle class and I haven't seen shit.

  • That half white piece of crap is destroying the nation.

  • If anyone looks at this again...like me....you might think it funny that most of this is now reality, and, worse yet, we have fewer folks working, more unemployment, (10%) and less money all around. Oh, yes, the 10 billion TARP debt and not even any real jobs from it. The bumpy ride is just beginning...

  • hahahah then y r u taxing more motherfucker

  • A tax cut for 95% of working American? 50% are paying no tax and 80% are getting more government benefits than they paid in taxes. Not to mention all the illegal aliens who think it is their right to freeload.

  • Thank you President Obama for cutting my taxes! I got the biggest refund EVER!!!

  • The point about Obama's definition of the middle class should be absurd to everyone. What is this country becomming? Are we no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave? We need to come to our senses and realize that we are in the midst of an overdue revolution!!

  • McCAIN YOUR WAY TO OLD 4 THIS FUCK OFF

  • I MAKE THAT EVERY MONTH FUCK YOU TAXS

  • McCain is gay.

  • Screw you, Obama. In America's big cities, making $97,000 won't cover the cost of living for a family of four.

  • @Drahthaar422 thats your fault for having to many babies that you can't afford.Learn to take responsibility.

  • I don't have any kids. I'm an airline pilot in Fayetteville, AR. I'm fine. But I know for a fact that some of friends based in Chicago, New York, LA. etc. aren't doing so hot, and they're making $125,000 a year. (When you work 4 days on, 3 days off, having a working wife doesn't work out to well)

And screw you, by the way. Some people can afford providing for their family but then lose their job. Like my father, who was a building contractor and lost his business because the housing market

  • crashed thanks to Fannie and Freddie that the Democrats supported. Luckily his kids are grown, but my parents had to move out of their house because they couldn't afford it. Go fuck yourself.

  • @Drahthaar422

lol our household has 6 ppl in it, my parents make around $40,000 a year, we live in a big city and we are doin fine......iono bout u but i consider $97,000 a very good amount of money for a family of 4....

  • @Kr00C 40,000 dollars for a family 4? That's not enough to even a raise one upper middle class kid and send them to public university.

  • @jrs89 40,000 for a family of 6*.......then i guess its diff in houston cuz we have everything we need and my parents both together made 40k/year last year, now we have more money cuz my dad got a new job so we get to do more things (thank god).....btw financial aid pays for mine and my bros college....also ppl should ppl thankful for whatever they get paid, 97k is a lot of money....

  • @kipptumor Says who? Obama? Wait..this the same guy who said he wouldn't tax the poor but then raised tobacco taxes which disproportionately affect the poor? Ok, just checking.

Newsflash: Government spending is not a tax cut.

  • @Drahthaar422 I'm sorry but tobacco is something you can take or leave. The price of liquor sucks, but I hate drinking anyway. Tobacco is still a Hell of a lot cheaper than health insurance.

  • Comment removed

  • OMG obamas a fucking liar. Somehow i think he just said that to get the peoples votes and win the pesidency. But fuck that we as americans are way smarter than that....theres no way hed be president. Uh oh.....

  • Ain't no middle class person making $200,000.

  • @Moionfire

you call that upper class,ok i make €700,000 per year net which is about $1.05 million what is that considered in america?

  • im a lawyer in england , i make £700,00 a year or $1,126,503.44 ,what would that be considered as in america , i find it confusing because in england class is about background and not income .

  • im a lawyer in england , i make £700,00 a year or $1,126,503.44 ,what would that be considered as in america , i find it confusing because in england class is about background and not income .

  • And yet another lie from the Obamanator.

  • How about Obama and all the Democrats take a pay cut for punishing Americans?

  • Wow. So I'm upperclass now!!!???? That sure happened quick!. He has NO CLUE what upper-class is here in SF! We have to make over $100K just to be able to afford a one bedroom apartment with NO ammenities! I thought upper-class folks could buy houses and new cars??? I want mine!

  • @nellieou I think you are on the wrong program!!! hahahaha...

  • idk when my family was making over the 97000 taxes we had a 60 inch plasma , a Mercedes Benz z class, vacations to the beach every 2 months....

  • @nellieou Maybe if you fucking move from a BILLIONAIRES LOUNGE and move into "upper class" neighborhood in SF, you'll be fine. Just a thought.

  • Comment removed

  • @nellieou

So what is the price for a one bedroom apartment? Considered a cheaper place.

Only 6% earning above $97k. It is a statistical fact. The 10% wealthiest is often considered among the upper class. They just don't feel that way because they have a talent for scaling up their expenses aswell.

  • I can't wait for the day when the public finds it "cool" to not to like this loony.

  • so, I am right out of college working as an engineer, my wife works part time as a server while in grad school, I just found out I am "UPPER CLASS", when do I get my ferrari, will my 04 cavailer with 110,000 miles turn into one.

  • I thought you said mechanics and engineers were lowlifes.

    Alabama 32 - Florida 13.

  • not an engineer man, but for sure an unskilled over paid mechanic, I can design a monkey to do their job

  • come on people, he's just another sleazy, smooth-talking politician trying to get votes. you didn't think he was actually going to be any different did you?

  • dang the rest of the country is lucky!!!!!! here in san jose you need to be making at least 75 thousand to be considered part of the middle class.

  • Obama is a fucking empty suit all talk no walk...

  • if u ask me elasatlaculos thats sound like some right wing socialism. but I'm sure we will have some opposing right wing arguments.

  • Come on people. The right wing are the same group of folks who teach myth in sceince class, invaded Iraq over the actions of Saudi and Egyptians nationals, and give a 35% tax cut the the people who needed it least, the rich! They could not be more FUCKED up if they tried.

  • I guess we should have taught spelling in sceince class instead, huh?

  • preach!!

  • You guys just want the weath to stay with you and your ignorant families. Don't let the average american recieve a tax break. the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. where's the spirit of competition?

  • The rich get poorer and the poor get richer because rich people are taxed waaaaay more.

  • you complainin like you make 250,000 a year if you dont u aint got nuthin to worry about

  • I'm just sayin, the rich get poorer cus they're taxed more, something like 40% I think.

  • people talk about democratic values but whne it comes to leveling the playing field, there's a problem. Besides the middle class and i mean the real middle class been paying for mdicade, so the hyocriscy need to end.

  • No, but naturally people like you who automatically assumes that all Africans-Americans are on welfare. You, most likley have to worry about being on welfare. you guy been getting tax breaks for ever. com' on Obviously, welfare has not been good cause eve

  • But what will the rich do without us mindless idiots with no money in the right wing to help them undermine our own position?

  • All of you who are against the tax breaks are probably just racist rich white people.

  • Tax cuts are wrong when money is returned to people who actually paid taxes, but perfectly fine when sent to those who paid none.

You barksdale85 must be one of those who dont pay taxes, welfare been good to you? So some one does not want to pay higher taxes is racist? I see all the blacks who WONT work because they dont want to pay taxes because they are racist.

BOO HOO racist whites dont want to pay higher taxes so racist blacks can get welfare

  • Hey! Read what WOFASIFU wrote 2 posts down, then do this. Goggle this "April 1st cigarette tax 2009" What does it say? I'll tell ya Obama sign into law to have a tax increase on cigs that went from .39 to 1.01 A NEW TAX I thought he said "95% of Americans would get a tax cut" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! This FOOL is the biggest liar in history I now have Democratic friends saying They WISH Hillary was president, and didnt vote for Obama. I tried to tell them
  • i gunna vote for ron paul next time

  • I did.

  • Obama PROMISED the American people there would be no new taxes and 95 percent of us would see a tax cut. Is he a man of his word or just playing politics and in the end we get taxed more.

  • what a quote at the end

  • Pres. BHO is on something if he thinks that a man who has a family of 3 or 4 to take care of is "rich." A single man, or a 1 child household, perhaps. But no friggin way 4 or 5 people. Damn Socialist.

  • Families making that are organized criminal gangsters with no ethics or law, to get their Drinky Bird gig straight. BUY-BUY-BUY-BUY-BUY? bye-bye-bye, BYE-BYE! Jerkoffs!

  • This is pathetic. Well I'm gonna be praying for him to somehow make this garbage he's selling work

  • almost every promise he made appears to be a lie. all the people with their hands out are like, "Hey! wait a minute!" stupid people! thanks for screwing us all by voting for this "man".

  • If you graduate from college and have a spouse who also works, your household income will be over 100000 guaranteed. He knows nothing about the economy, he was just trying to get all of the poor, lazy people's votes who are mad at the rich for no reason.

  • DAMN RIGHT!! You are so right. And the lazy dumbfucks DO have reason to hate the hardworking people - jealousy.

  • I love this local radio DJ's way of putting this psychotic mentality some of these non-rich have about feeling entitled to the rich's money to liberals : "If you say 'Rich people deserve to pay(more) taxes' then why can't I say I say 'Well, poor people don't deserve money then.'" I swear, it's amazing that these idiots find it easy to give other people's money away.

  • You are so right! You hit the nail on the head with that one. It's like they are penalizing people who work for what they get and reward lazy fuckups who piss their lives away.

  • But what's worse is that people who work for a living are buying into this crap. It's almost like this sense of entitlement thing is contagious. Why should I be forced to share what I make to support someone else? I though donating to charities was a choice? Dennis Miller says it best : "I'm all for helping the helpless, just not the clueless."

  • Yep. People who work for a living and who VOTE for this SOB are like almost consenting to being robbed. I'm all for helping the truly needy who WANT to help themselves, just not the ones who think they are entitled to living for free. Dennis was right.

  • exclusive exclusive! just a preview of the ringle circus

the monkey freezes salaries of some White House aides , "Families are tightening their belts, and so should Washington">>>hahahaha but the monkey throw the biggest expensive circus inauguration of us history>>>haha?

enjoy the circus people and its coming more.........................

  • All race aside. He's a fucking liar and that's a fact. That's what lawyers do best:)

As for his BS taxing the so called rich what just a ploy to get 95% of your votes like bringing home the troops haha what a joke.

to go fight elsewhere.. you were bamboozled..

Who makes over 200-250k mostly businesss

which in return will put their loss in their

services/products and in jobs, which you and all will end up paying for anyways to keep them afloat. you are a fool for not thinking of this.

  • I don't think someone making 9bil a year should pay any different then a person that makes 50k a year.

  • In the 1st commercial it says families making less than 200k per year but Barrack says it will only affect people singularly. Which is it

Will 2 people (family) who both make 100k a year get a tax cut or increase?

    ?????

  • For once Clinton was right!

  • OK. Here we go. 1st we have to take into consideration the large number of corporations who have already been laying jobs off, because of the economy. Obama talks about giving companies a tax credit for each new job created. And that's for companies who have hired more people than they had working for them last year. He knew he wouldn't be giving much of that out considering all the cut backs business are having to make.

  • 7% of all Americans makes over 100k a year. (US Census 2006 Economic Survey, income data". Retrieved on 2007-08-28.) I think raising taxes on the people who can afford it to improve social security and health care for everyone is a very healthy thing to do. I guess being social makes me bit of a communist.

Getting treated for a heart attack when you're not insured will cost you about 40k. Wouldn't it be better to just make sure everyone can pay for his/her insurance instead of creating debts?

  • WRONG: US Census Bureau - "Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2007". Table A-1: the percentage of all Americans who make over 100k a year is 20.2% (and not 7%). You can still think it's good to raise taxes on anybody during a recession, but get the numbers right.

Also: the top 10% of US taxpayers pay 70% of all income tax: not even the most socialist countries have such progressive tax distribution... The way to go should be spending responsibility (less waste).

  • My Source: U.S. Census Bureau, Current Population Survey, 2007 Annual Social and Economic Supplement. I'm surprised to see such a big difference in our stats. Are you sure you're talking about americans and not households?

Also: 'the top 10% of US taxpayers pay 70% of all income tax' I see this as an indication of a big gap between rich and poor rather then progressive tax distribution. Genuine socialism is about spreading wealth, I think. But I see what you mean...

  • Data refer to US families pertinently with Obama's tax cut which covers working FAMILIES making less than 250/200k (not individuals, so talking about individuals here is dishonest). Taxes ARE progressive, since the bottom 40% is totally exonerated. Redistribution already takes place in the US: 70% of Fed income taxes paid by 10% of the pop benefit, through services, the 40% not paying any. The answer isnt more taxes (in a recession) but more responsible/effective spending & social programs.

  • First: In your first reply on my comment you wrote: ''the percentage of all Americans who make over 100k a year is 20.2%'' . Now I understand you don't mean Americans but American families...

Second: I never said taxes aren't progressive. I'm with you on this. I just wanted to point out the huge difference between rich and poor in the U.S.

Third: Responsible/effective spending & social programs are always good (obviously). I just don't think responsible spending is going to cover America's debts

  • 1- Obvious & honest given the Family brackets of tax cuts as presented by O.

2- I find this poor/rich dichotomy mentality as - and more - divisive than the blue/red state, white/black, straight/gay, etc and greatly hypocritical. Besides, it's them who have created 100% of new jobs last year! Add more taxes+recession & you create the perfect storm scenario for a depression - who suffers the most in a depression?

3- There is ample margin to cut wasteful spending and put money to effective use

  • No, Mexico and Canada have this sort of thing and its not good.

  • Don't let all the crazies get ya down! GREAT video! I had a great time showing it to my co-workers! We've had some lib converts! Keep it up! It's a free country, use the 1st amendment while you still can!!!!

  • McCain double speaking. He said that Obama thanks that taxing has been to low, I think "spendin" (Not taxes) has been to high.

  • Umm Bullshit....

First of all "Obama THANKS that taxing..." You're a dumbass...

Anyway Taxes being too low means, Obama wants to tax higher.

Spending too high, means McCain wants to cut the budget...

    You're so ignorant...

    _Nick_

  • We are all victims of the "dumbing down" of America. We are to blame. We are allowing kids to play video games 24/7, we go to brainless movies created by the liberal left instead of reading books, we are called to be "tolerant" instead of "challenging the status quo"...government will soon be our religion. But the problem is, the people who need to read this have eyes wide shut so they wont ever know. The media shows the "landslide win" but please pray to God - this race is not over yet.

  • Maxism and Obama go hand in hand

  • You mean Marxism? Please know what you're talking about before you post dumbass comments.

  • Its the end of the world as we know it!!!!!How in the world could someone vote for Obama over a prisoner of war?????????????????????? I guess it is because the intelligence of the US population is so LOW!!!!!

  • explain how a prisoner of war is more qualified than a harvard graduate to handle public affairs. no offense to the many veterans out there. i respect and admire what they have done for this country but war and politics are two different things. and dont use mccains tenure as a qualification. washington is very quid pro quo. im not saying obama is a saint but he has less backs to scratch than mccain would if he had won

  • Good point, he seems like a smart man. Hopefully he knows what he is doing, personally I think he got a pass because of his blackness, but lets hope.

  • "personally I think he got a pass because of his blackness"

Actually, as much people who weren't voting for Obama because of his race, were also voting for him because of his race. The same was true for McCain, the white guy, according to Gallup. The "he got a pass cause he's Black" line is just people forcefully refusing to believe that someone with African ancestry like Obama could've done what he did. It's a shame.

  • The Roman empire, as it was waning had freed men as emperor's as a last ditch attempt to revive it. I wonder if that is what we are witnessing here, considering Obama's lack of accomplishments/ experience.

  • Obama was the better of the two candidates, and we're better off having a president than not having one. If you would like to have an argument about any of the two statements above, let me know.

  • Well I have to admit the idiot singing bomb bomb bomb iran belongs in a dog house.

Like I said, lets hope..he doesnt have much experience, but that might be a good thing.

  • he is more articulate and intelligent but c,mon you think his 5million dollar a year ass cares about you? it's obvious they all work for the same team. biden says I dont think the job lends itself to on the job training when asked about obama, then says he stands by that statement and then he friggin runs with the guy, now we have Hillary as his SoS. 3 families 4, 30 years, bush sr. ,vp2 reagan 4 yrs then president 4 yrs then clinton 8 yrs then Jr. 8 yrs now hillary, and possibly a aspot 4 gore

  • I don't know, think about this, after Katrina every black person in america hated the president, hell kanye was on tv beggin for help and money , and Kanye says George Bush don't like black people. Now if I did have a new world order agenda, and I were the powers that be< wouldn't you put a person in power that everyone would be more willing to follow? The muslims of the world like his muslim heritage, black people can't hate the pres anymore and if white people do they are just racist. nwo soon

  • when blacks hate a white presidend it is ok, but if whites hate a black president its racism, is that what you are saying?

  • No, doesnt have to be racism but the leaders are counting on whites fearing being called racist if they hate him, and blacks would be called crazy by their peers. I believe my comment is true. the leaders of the world are not stupid they know what they are doing and just how to do it. Don't think I;m racist, I try my hardest to be postjudice not prejudice. I'm smart enough to know that there are sexy, smart , and honorable people of all colors and vice-versa. Obama knows he will be 2term pres

  • "Obama knows he will be 2term pres "

Based on what? So far, in a mere 5 months, I'm convinced he's one of the world leaders that doesn't know what he's doing. He doesn't know how the free market system works. He thinks that throwing money, and this is almost a literal truth, at the economic situation we have is the solution despite history proving otherwise. And worse of all, people are still gullible enough to believe that he's some sort of messiah. Far from it, he's just a politician.

  • FUCKBAMA 08

Just fuck him in the ear

    fuck him in the nose

Just fuck the shit out of him

  • why?

  • wow 6j6s6a you are a typical hard headed republican just bashing obama. why "fuckbama 08?"

  • A close election? Check out the clip by Musicians4Obama and pass it on

  • no wonder obama likes change. they always change there plans. mccain o8

  • I am Joe the Plumber. I make $40,000 per year and save $1,000 with Obama's plan. Zero with McCain's plan.

  • you would only save money if obama kept bush's tax cuts, which obama already said he would appeal so actually you will be paying more.

  • ARE YOU GUYS RETARDED?

    200,000 - 250,000 = no tax increase

200,000 and under = tax cut (95% of america)

  • It's now down to 150,000! He is completely spineless!

    McCain "08!

    McCain "08!

    McCain "08!

    McCain "08!

    McCain "08!

    McCain "08!

    McCain "08!

  • what do you mean he's completely sineless?

  • It means he's always off on tangents *rimshot*

....thats... thats a little trig joke for you.

  • Not like ripping of millions of voters is spineless or any thing.

  • Well so is making the rich richer and the poor poorer. By making rich people richer they go off and buy boats, cars, cloths, homes and etc. that are made overseas, giving jobs to those over seas and causing us to be broke. Obama unlike McCain went to several Economic specialist and scholars who understand this system before he came up with the plan. I trust his wisdom and humble ways more than I do McCain's. Sometimes you've got to stop have a open mind and weigh the good and bad.

  • yeah the rich are also smart. smart enough to invest and build their businesses, hello JOBS!! they're rich for a reason. tax the rich and they'll pass the extra cost to you...so with your new tax break you'll use it to pay more on food, clothing and gas...yeah thats the smart way to go

  • Exactly why I voting for McCain, Country first!

Socialism is the LAST thing America needs!

  • Yeah cause it's worked soooooo well the last eight years.

By the way did you know that we were in a recession? FYI that's the first step to a depression.

Now quit arguing he won already get over it and move on like a united country.

  • dont u know that our gov's gonna bail out the capital system if it verges depression? that's more gov in our lives and you know what that does

oh, yeah, heheha, he won? with a wave of his magical wand all of our problems are fixed?is that the obama you voted for?the heavens will open and shining light will come through the clouds bush made and there will be jubilation?ha!you're living in a fantasy and your gonna be verily disapointed when none of his promises are introduced and taxed are raised

  • we are in a recession because of subprime mortgages. By Fannie May and Freddie Mac, who coincidentally, support obama and joined his campaign

  • Well look I'm always open to the truth. If that's the truth then that sucks, but before I can believe you I need facts and percentages. If you've got that from a reliable source then I will believe you. The fact I have right now is that with in the eight years of the Bush Administration the economy fell. Fannie May and Freddie Mac maybe trying to fix their mistake also. But either way it doesn't matter Obama is our president, so as americans all we can do is pray God can help him change this.

  • Wow you truly don't know what you are talking about Vonnesera.

  • Then educate me. Honestly I don't think anyone on this page knows what they are talking about. It's all a big ball of opinions, I just want so serious backed up facts.

  • Yes, they are retarded.

  • or you could stop taxing everyone and reward labor instead of punishing it

  • Are videos getting deleted? I'm getting a "We're sorry this video is no longer available"

  • Sometimes I think the youth support for Obama is the way the lazy little punks think they'll get even with Mommy and Daddy...tax Mom and Dad.

  • these descriptions I read: "lazy little punks", "too lazy to get off their ass and get a job", "losers who sit on the couch waiting for the government to give them money" "sheeple" "bowing to their messiah" etc etc etc.

This residual cold war paranoia has to stop!

  • Hi Middle Class people. Do you need change? Are you being miserable because you had to pause buying another Ipod, one more HDTV for your kid's bedroom, switch your small Prius for a SUV because gas price has been decreased. Or, suck, you had to postpone buying your wife a bigger diamond this Xmas?

Don't worry, Uncle Obama will take care of your wants soon. Cheer up!

  • These arguments are meaningless. Tweaking the tax code is so not going to change much. The reality of the economy is that it is tanking. A massive overhall of the economy and the policies surrounding it is needed. In the mean time everyone will be getting a lot poorer as they print money to finance all the debt. Prices will skyrocket in about 3-6 months time.

  • Obama's plan will increases taxes on small business owners.

And why doesn't Obama ever mention the Bush tax cut that are scheduled to expire in 2010?

Is he going to renew those?

    No, he isn't.

That means a big tax increase for everyone who pays taxes, even those making 30K per year.

Obama will spin it, the media won't call him out on it.

Obama on Rev. Wright, Bill Ayers, Toni Rezko, his Aunt living here illegally: "I didn't know"

Do you want a President who always says "he didn't know"?

  • Biden made a gaffe. It happens. I hope you all noticed that he is going to give a TAX CUT to people making less than 200,000, but if you make less than 250,000, your taxes WILL NOT INCREASE.

NO TAX INCREASE =/= TAX CUT!

And notice that he said "the top 6 percent." 97,000 is not the top 6%. That was most likely a wording mistake.

  • Indeed, those making more than $100K are the top 20,2%. Wording mistake, possibly, or possibly also ignorance mistake. Or maybe just plain misleading mistake.

Also, he is not going to give a tax cut to "people" making less than $200k but to FAMILIES at that earning level. Big difference. For individuals that number goes down to $120K. But the Obama campaign hasn't been saying that too loudly (except Richardson yesterday) not to loose the vote of the singles!!

  • God help us.

  • MCcain is a Jackass seriously and he's another George Bush.

    Vote Obama 2008
