the vet told us to give him a double dose of thyroxin to cure his hair loss problem. which ate all his muscle till he could not walk anymore he was in so much pain i had to make the toughest decision of my life.

I am sorry for your loss. We lost our Golden on Valentine's Day due to a brain tumor. We were lucky to have him 13 years.

There was such a void in our house. We just got another Golden puppy 3 weeks ago and he is now 9 weeks old. The puppy has brought a lot of laughter to our house again.

I'm sorry, my yellow lab Symon died of the same thing, he was 7 though. From the first sign of him being sick to the day he died, he went from 104 lbs to 79 lbs, only 19 days. I'm so sorry! :(
