Both using FRAPS and playing with bots should get you down to about 30~FPS.

If there are any beginners/noobs here, im only going to say this once. When you play with bots it slows the FPS down VERY VERY MUCH!

dipshit, hes simply running the game to SHOW you the winds capabilities

and hes running mostly at around 25-30, it just slows down to under 10 when hes going to get the hostages

remember, its not a gaming PC but the little guy plays it somewhat well
