I disagree with Soren. They knew the kid for maybe a week, your memory of things will fade over time. Also, Marty wasn't born looking like he does in 1985. Over time you develop, you and the people around you don't really notice it until someone you haven't seen in a while points it out. On the off chance they go through the year book and see the similarity they probably will just note the coincidence and move on.
