I love your video, as I love a good thunder and lightning storm. Also, is there some connection between the Irish accent and the Newfoundland accent. The kid in the background seems to speak with an almost North American/Psuedo Irish accent. Interesting. Is it something to do with emigration to Canada?
@keithc1977 The Newfoundland Accent is actually based on England's West Country and/or Southeastern Ireland's Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford, and Cork counties.
This is due to the fact that majority of Newfoundland and Labrador's population have roots to one of these regions in the British Isles, particularly England's West Country and/or Southeastern Ireland.
That kid in the background is my little brother Mitchell Deering, He is 10 years old and he can be annoying. I almost miss that cool lightning bolt because Mitchell was continuous talking and made me lose my contraction. So I pause the camera and told Mitchell to be quiet but he kept being loud, so I had to ignore Mitchell.
