not true,remember a cut called "the truth" from the furious 5,they are rapping exactly over the same beat as this and it's called rap/hip hop. nowadays people also call this electro but back then you had no electro section in the record stores,only hiphop and rap.

Ahhh, The Boogie Boys. "Break Dancer" was a big Latin Rascals song. They always had it in their mixes back in the days. "A Fly Girl" made the most noise here in the U.S. though.... Good stuff:)
