I won't be forced to pay for my health insurance through a private corporation. I'm just going to pay the fine. Real reform requires the disassembling of all private health insurance. I should be able to pay a doctor as I would a public utility. So no, I am not happy with this health care bill. We need single payer (period).

As Marx said, capitalism leads to the development of socialism. We are already socialist and have been for well over the past century. There is no going back. The markets will not allow it. The conversation should be about what kind of socialism do you want? Right now we have a petty-bourgeois Socialism. It makes no difference to me. Continue your dissent it only quickens the process. I would just hope you would reflect on what you are protesting. Either way we have no choice, we are engaged.

This country was built on ideals from the Enlightenment and of science and its progress will continue until everyone has freedom and equality. Yep. You are protesting to maintain the status quo and you don't even know it. I suspect there are many tea baggers like you that do not realize that. Most of your protests are sponsored by Freedom Works, an organization that defends "corporate personhood" and advocates for the low wages for workers. They use uninformed people like you to oppose corporate regulation so the worker can continue to get screwed in the market place. A perfectly evil plan.

You have a really warped idea of tea party people. These people are the salt of the earth and nobody pays them to rally. They are not representing corporations in any way. They are there for themselves and for all of our liberty.

The status quo is not so bad sometimes.

I believe that health care has it's problems, but that top down authoritarian health care will be a total clusterfuck.

80% of all Americans are satisfied w/ their (chosen) health care. 63% of all Americans DONT want it touched.

But, 80% of Americans were against Stimulus & Omnibus too.

The govt is out of control spendding.

The EPA is even threatening economic policy saying it will enforce cap & trade. As is the FCC, who is pushing for "a broadband for all" policy--checj out their twitter account @FCC.

Time to put a boot straight in DC's butt!

Attempting to "minimize" our government is impossible. Fighting a battle that in all reality will not be won. Our government will grow larger, our only real hope for "reform" is our government getting so big it explodes. Instead of rallying against socialized health-care and supporting our current corporatist system of health-care maybe rally for a real free market solution. I know a real free market solution isn't possible with the government in power. "Battle that can't be won."
