  • I want my 80's back.

  • How the fags are actually going to save us.

  • STILL PERPLEXED BY PETE BURNS EVER CHANGING COSMETIC SURGERY ALTERATIONS!!!

  • Should it really flipping matter what damn sexuality Pete Burns is, whether he is gay or not, we should all just enjoy the music he released with Dead Or Alive and stop commenting on his SEXUALITY

  • Pete Burns has had so much plastic surgery. That he's unreconizable today. He now looks like a WOMAN and he's married (to a woman) and has had children with her. He claims he's straight. OK??.

  • @hey3pennies Technically he did cosmetic surgery

  • SA&W rubbish music but genius

  • Meatspin!!!

  • Excuse me, is that his real hair?

  • fuckin gaylord lol

  • OMG I <3 the 80´s, the best 19?? ever!!

  • he's hot !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is a great song from it's era. Samatha Fox, Sabrina, Sam Brown fit all together. ABC and Rick Astley are closest to thid on some aspects of this genre. Agree?

  • wot a great record i remember this when i was younger

  • @eurodishco I agree!

  • I wish i could move like him he very sexy and i am a women that love men that can move ow ya......

  • the 80s was all about big WEIRD hair lol

  • @eurodishco Exactly i was born in the wrong era and those days must be great fun.

  • @19GirlBad I can assure you that the 80s were incredibly fun for young people. That is why most of us who were teens and young adults can look back with great fondness. Basically, we danced and sang and listen to music and had plain fun every single day of our young lives: without cell phones (public phones in those days), without personal computers, no ipods (walk-mans), no ipad (only in our imagination), etc. etc. Face to face interaction is what we had, filled with FUN.

  • @eurodishco The 80's were the best. Youth culture and the young were centre stage. What was on TOTP mattered and was a talking point the next day. Pop stars were celebrities and we had to physically go to the shops to buy their records. All forms of music were at their best; Pop, Heavy Metal, and Indie. In the early 80's all sorts of styletribes wandered the streets; Punks, Skinheads, Mods, New Romantics, Heavy Rockers. Goths emerged later.

Now music is dull. Youth culture has died.

  • @hernhillrebel Very well stated my friend. You are spot on about the fact that YOUTH CULTURE HAS DIED. I honestly thought I was the only one who realized that, but I am so glad to know I am not alone. As youth in the 80s we lived a true culture of YOUTH. Everything was geared to make us HAPPY: the fashion, the music, the whole vibe. We did matter! We were not thought of as "brainless, drone-like youngsters" . We were a real part of society: in all forms, shapes, colors and orientations.

  • @eurodishco Thanks. Another aspect of the 80's was that the music and fashion felt NEW and BETTER, even when some of it was obviously influenced by the past as with the new romantics. We felt we were moving forward. Also at the time there were still lots of older people around who were genuinely shocked or amused by youth culture fashions and music. Now I am one of the "older people", I don't feel shocked or amused by today's music. More disappointed and even depressed. It is so DULL.

  • @hernhillrebel You are so RIGHT ! Every word you say is true! That is how we felt back then, and it is true that the older people around were shocked and even amused by our youth culture. I was a teen in the 80s so now I am more "grown up" and just like you, the youth culture of today is nothing but a big disappointment to me. Their music is horrible, their lack of face to face interaction (as they only text), is appalling, and everything else is DULL like you well stated. It saddens me.

  • @eurodishco I sound like an old fogey even though I'm 41 Not 71. However I worry about the state of today's youth. You mention the lack of eye contact. I really notice that. They seem to be very unfocussed and unable to concentrate. I have a friend in the teaching profession who says it's because the parents don't speak to them and the kids don't read books anymore. So they are actually very passive in one sense, (in terms of communicating,) but also very aggressive because they are frustrated.

  • @hernhillrebel Yes, the state of today's youth is alarming. They do not make eye contact and they have terrible trouble socializing with adults. What is worse, I even notice this among children over the age of 10 ! You talk to them and they look at you as if you were from another planet. It may be due to what you said, and I also think it has to do with the fact that they live their lives through a SCREEN: computer games, that idiotic Wii thing, ipods, ipads, cell phones. It is pathetic.

  • @eurodishco I agree. This may sound strange but I think POWER CUTS have a good side. They force families to communicate with each other. Bad weather too; Although hazardous, it brings people together and forces them to communicate . I try to see the "good news" in the bad news when we have bad weather. If schools are closed good! (The kids don't learn anything anyway.) If the parents also can't get to work then the family will have to face each other and try to have a conversation.

  • @hernhillrebel You may have a very valid point there! I suppose it is like you say: there has to be some sort of "out of the ordinary event" or some sort of "occurrence" for families to engage with one another and leave all their electronics aside at least for one day !

  • @hetty777: he use to be gay for a while. Like he dated a man once, but then in an interview he said it is better to date women.

  • Im not gay and I couldn't give a shit. He is talent and I LOVE the song-end of line.

  • Great PV!!

  • im gay,,whats wrong with being gay,,will u all get a life!

  • I think hes lovely looking there

  • Is it true Pete Burns is gay?

  • @hetty777 well... he is but his talent is so big, that i dont care that he˝s gay

  • of course he is gay declared by himself to the public

  • ok they are a little out there, but it was the 80's and they made great dance songs for the night clubs

  • He's not gay. He's a god, you fools.

  • i just discover that m.burns speak fluent german...that,s good to speak deutsch....

  • @GERMANLOVER7000 his parents came originally from austria.

  • Is it just me or did Flo Rida physically steal this song?

  • @Maxthemetalkid yes they as the marlyin monroe

  • @Maxthemetalkid He destroyed it.

  • My god, he's bill kaulitz's grandfather! aahahhaha Tokyo Hotel ante litteram...

  • the second half of the 80s stank musically.....this was good though

  • He seems so frowsy and skanky in hindsight...what's with the bath robe?

  • hey great song not for the ausi in moco room i s hocked all them rite out i you none of them were at the clubs i dj in preston i want your dress xsydguyx you dont pride in ur self wats up i set the site on you i got have ma way baby acdc from jumbuck world chat everbody have look da silly fool dj_slinkee whats i know what else could i do to show you of to the entire WORLD

  • is looking gay ¿is one lady wy voce to men?

  • i always thought he was bi-sexual...not gay,,,as he was married....but anyways...this song was brilliant....love it...

  • great stuff..!!

  • @sistermicrowave The fashion in the 80's may not have been the most elegant, I agree; but it was what it was; and it was HAPPY. Self expression was validated and encouraged. I do agree with you about the 60's in terms of self-expression. Even though I did not grow up during that decade, I know that after the 50's, the 60's were definitely explosive. But the 80's introduced a whole different style of music, fashion and yes, high consumerism. Yet, one cannot deny that WE HAD FUN.

  • What's your boyfriend in the video??? He is very crazy!!!

  • Listen, in the 1980's we DID NOT CARE about who was gay or who was not. Music was music and it was GREAT music at that. TALENT IS WHAT WAS RELEVANT FOR US IN THE 1980's. And there was plenty of TALENT in those days. The remake of this song by Florida or what-ever his name is, is LAME. Cannot compare. Of course, in the 1980's we were accustomed to good music, not like what they feed young people today: total crap by talent-less idiots.

  • @eurodishco Well SAID euro!

  • @secondchapter Thank you mate, I very much appreciate your comment!

  • @eurodishco shit i was born in the very early 90s and i completely agree with that statement

  • @Quigleyov86 Thank you !!!! Glad to know that there are some young people like you, who have good taste in music!!!

  • @eurodishco exactly i couldnt give a faq about gays or whatever i was too busy shagging and a havin a ggod time to give a faq who was doin what

  • esta rola me pone muy caliente. ooooh ahhhhh.

muy buena, muy buenos movimientos de mi querido pete,Ya le copie algunos para usarlos en una proxima fiesta que tenga jejeje

  • The eighties were a decade of such atrocious music and bad taste that seeing this I don't feel even a hint of nostalgia, I'm just glad to have it behind me!

  • @babymicrobe maybe you feel that decade had atrocious music because you had not blossomed yet to a fully-formed organism (I am referring to your monicker babymicrobe). Maybe you slept through the decade, I do not know, but the music was good ! Bad taste? I think it the fashion sense and all that goes along with the 80's reflected an ode to self-expression. Yes, bad hair included. I LOVED IT !

  • @eurodishco

Sorry but thats your problem. The 80's exuded vulgarity, bad taste and the make money mentality. Self expression? Are you sure you're not confusing them with the 60's?

  • The solist is bi-sexual(Pete Burns),but who cares. He has amaizing songs, nice voice and don't judge someone by his sexual interest. This video is not weird at all,or gay,in fact is a perfect one.His only mistake was when he made that surgeries because he was handsome.

AND TRUST ME I AM NOT GAY!I am straight but respect other peoples choice!

  • Ohw my goodness...

  • is that supposed to be a guy? that looks more like a bloody girl to me, ya know?

  • hes gay

  • noooooo really????

  • the mouth is so badly off

  • pete burns-what a rude, insulting self righteous twat-he can fuck right off with his 'man of the people' scouse cheeky chappy bitch routine .JUST FUCK OFF AND LEARN SOME MANNERS YOU NASTY DULLARD.YOURE NOT AS CLEVER OR INTERESTING AS YOU THINK YOU ARE

  • OMFG 2:29 !

  • My uncle went to school with him years ago.

  • Still better than Flo Rida!

  • Amen to that. I heard the Flo Rida version on the radio for the first time the other day and thought it was the biggest steaming pile of poo that I had ever heard. Rappers are such thieves, and I think are too wrongly credited with being "original."

  • Pete Burns has enough problems of his own, the last thing he needs is someone ripping-off his music! It angers me that he didn't have the decency to even say it was "inspired by..."

  • I absolutely agree. And I heard that damn Flo Rida song again on the radio today, and I almost heaved as I spun the dial on my radio.

  • Nah I love the Flo Rida version, this version and the Jessica Simpson, they just reinvented the 80s for a new generation.

There's nothin wrong with Flo Rida's version of it, I LIKE EM ALL. EACH FOR DIFF GENERATIONS I GUESS....

  • LMFAO. i used to listen to this ALL of the time when i was little, still doesnt get old. :) AHAH. i just realized the singer looks ALOT like the singer of Tokio Hotel. EH?

  • he actually looks like a man

  • i only know this song thanks to meatspin.... and my stupid friend who shows it to me

  • LOL...is this guy serious?

  • 2:29 lolface:D

  • LMAO...real name is Peter Burns. A cop friend of mine sometimes uses that name for privacy reasons.

  • one of my faves OMG!!!!

  • love it

    xx

  • seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee You Spin Me Round, round, round

  • This is one of the greatest disco anthems of all time!
