He's the real Boss in the series. Need more of him and his crew in S.3 and less Nucky. Buscemi's Nucky is boring compared to this character and actor. Also Lucky needs to step up as more of a BA and a Harrow-Slater tag team murderous duo would be awesome.

What an excellent character, played by an excellent actor. I've seen depictions of AR in other places--"Eight Men Out" being one--and he was completely misrepresented. Having read a bio on AR, this actor seems to be as close to the depiction of the bio I read.
