    I tried that and I accidentally bent to low, so I looked underneath me to watch my knees and my knee hit me in the face. :3

  • @MitchellinAction101 You would have to fix your diat or you can eat all day and after diner like 30 min after do the work out it works!

  • i'm surprised that for me, the leg lifts were the hardest. i tried but i couldn't keep my feet off the ground. that just shows how weak my legs are, right?

  • @foldinarms The lift actually comes from your lower abdominals. Remember to engage your abs during that exercise. Leg lifts are good for your "belly pooch" area

  • @genghisgirl thanks for replying :) it definitely is. i've been doing it for 2 days. i can feel that part feeling cramped :D can i ask u something? cos' i tried this and the areas above and around my knees start to feel cramp and painful when i went to work especially when i rise up from the chair from sitting down. am i doing something wrong, or too hard? i'm obese, my bmi is 34. is that why?

  • @PeaceToAll99xx I'm glad it helped you work up a good sweat! Keep at it and just do what you'll can... you'll build more strength and endurance each time :)

  • @SilvinoLozano The jump adds a little extra plyometric element, but you can certainly get a lot of benefit just from doing the modified non-jump version... especially if you've had knee surgery.

  • @sweetcharade518 Mods for each exercise: 1 - instead of squatting, pull each knee up to your chest and then kick outward. alternate. 2 - move slowly, pulling up one leg at a time 3 - perform standing. don't squat. 4 - perform as instructed. 5 - perform as instructed. 6 - instead of squatting all the way down, just bend your legs a little and do a forward bend. reach high and move quickly. GOOD LUCK! xo

    Got a question... what is a great exercise routine for a beginner?

    I am an army wife and a mother of a 7 month old who has a muffin top. Any ideas?

  • @mistyrainbobbydew You need intense cardio (along with clean eating) to burn fat. This routine would be perfect for you. You could also try my "You Have 4 Minute Routines" and "Superhero Routines". If you can't do the moves all the way, just do what you can, take longer rests if needed, and keep working up to the routine until you can do it all the way. :)
