Wow, everyone gets mad when they see a show without a heavily mic'd audience. If you listen carefully you CAN hear the audience laughing, at 2:40 you can see a girl having a laughing fit AND on top of that he gets a huge round of applause at the end. -_-

Given that it's the late late show the audience were predominantly old age pensioners who didn't understand what was going on. His wit was wasted.

I wasn't trying to be disrespectful ageist, I was just stating the obvious; they clearly are much older than the average Tim Minchn fan and they're clearly confused. @ienvan Some old people are truly amazing, but it is fact that most old people are douche bags. There is a vestigial fight or flight response to getting old that generally make people ill tempered, plus take into account that some assholes get old and are still assholes. They also tend to have a sense of entitlement due to our cultural ancestor worship. Also a problem exists with most peoples inability to shake antiquated belief systems, only made harder to do in advanced age
