I have my students read and write poetry at the beginning of every school year. I like to choose poems and song lyrics from a variety of sources. I would like permission to show them yours.

Most people don't understand that the fan's love for MJ is not based on just his music. We honestly love the MAN. We miss the MAN. I think there was a line spoken by Angela Basset, who played Katherine Jackson in the Jacksons: the American Dream as she was speaking to Michael that says, "There is something in your eyes that draws people". If Mrs Jackson really did say this to MJ, she spoke the truth. We are drawn to him and miss him. Love you most MJ.

Michael was so advanced in the spiritual side. The world at large did not get it. He drew so many people to him as fans cause they recognized a part of themselves in him. He touched the deepest part of our humanity..and I love him so much for it. I still cry when I watch stuff about him-it is so hard;what an absolute tragedy. he touches me in the most private part of my soul-it is very primal and so intense. I'd like to give a special thanks to my new YouTube friend Bfoots, for bringing this video to my attention - already knowing that I'd not only appreciate it, but that I'd cherish it for all time. Until his death, I never knew that Michael was only 2 months older than me. For people my age, MJ was an icon. Whether you loved his music - or didn't care for it - we literally grew up with him, in a way. His legacy - including so much more than "only" his music - will be with us forever...

Michael was so advanced in the spiritual side. The world at large did not get it. He drew so many people to him as fans cause they recognized a part of themselves in him. He touched the deepest part of our humanity..and I love him so much for it. I still cry when I watch stuff about him-it is so hard;what an absolute tragedy. he touches me in the most private part of my soul-it is very primal and so intense. I have never felt that from another being...ever. Thank you,Michael.thank you so much .

Very well done...tears. Michael WAS the chosen one. He came to show the world how to love, how to live with honor. He gave us an example to follow. He will be forever missed, but the imprint he made on the world will be everlasting.

This is the first time I have watched this video. I am overwhelmed with it's beauty, it's truth, and it's sadness. But, the poem calls us to call out our cheers for michael's incredible message that he gave to us so freely. So we continue to do just that.

This video is so beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes. MJ was a wonderful example of how we as people should treat one another. His work, his heart, and his overall demeanor, was that of a gracious soul, far from any lie the media portrayed. He used his talents to bless the world, and for that alone, he is loved. big bucks to go to concert for BEATLES [ $20. was a lot in 1964-5] JACKSON FIVE

This is one of the most beautiful tributes to Michael that I have seen thus far. It is clearly done from your heart and I know that Michael is looking down onto you with a smile and a "Thank you". You are right that no one really understood who he was and only focused on the negative. With LOVE, perhaps we can touch lives as he did and make it a better world, just as he would have wanted.
