do you think i could run this with a 2.10ghz cpu when it requires 2.8? my computer passed on everything else but i dont wanna play it with screen freezing every couple seconds on medium graphics

If it requires 2.8 and ya only got 2.1 then ya frames per second is gonna be pretty awful. Might be playable but ya will have some pretty bad FPS. Maybe have a look if you have a dual core or quad core 2.10Ghz then it'd run.

you buy how many hours u want... max is $36.00 = 350hours of actual time spent on the game playing, when you're not playing the game, you still have those hours/minutes... it like 3months worth of playing I think..but lets say u wanna play for a week, but u pay $8.00, thats 150hrs... now if u don't use up that time that first week, you can stop playing for lets say a month, and want to start again. You still have those hours remaining that you never used up.

Lots of translating and researching, there are a few websites you can go to that'll help you sign up and patch it to english. But it only lets ya play for 6 hours so its not a huge amount of time for a trial.

Thats because it's the Chinese servers I think... I know theres somewhat less botting and gold selling in the KOR version, hopefully even less in US an EU version.

Yes they can, its in the general options tab.

Theres a reason its taking so long for this to come out outside of korea and other places. They have to "localize" it for various places. This includes not having korean voices on spellcasting and other stuff like reducing the all around voices in combat. Because western audiences, for whatever reasons, like minimal combat voices while easterns generally like more. Thats only one small part of the localization.

Wow, i was really looking forward to playing this, but then i noticed all the powerleveling and money services :(

I really hope NCsoft finds a way to fix that problem, cause so far, it's the only real flaw i can find. I don't see it in Guild Wars, so..
