  • I am very excited for this mission. I love watching Jupiter.

  • It's amazing Juno will last a year bathed in the outer fringes of the radiation belts around Jupiter, despite the titanium armor bath tub around it's vital electronics. Charged particles will destroy the solar cells and the electronics over time, which is why after it's year long mission it will join Galileo as vaporized metal floating in Jupiter's atmosphere because it too will be commanded to dive into the atmosphere.

  • How much of this mission was supposed to performed ten years ago by the Galileo probe?

  • Why is it that it is ?

  • why's the earth and jupiter a perfect circle?

  • @RebelYYZ Gravity.

  • @YMBatal I was kidding, and its not perfectly round its more like a lopsided basketball

  • @RebelYYZ Yup, by a tiny tiny percentage :-)

  • Why isn't juno gonna explore Jupiter's moons?

  • why spin rate is increased in 2:09

  • @SAHIL7360 To maintain stability while firing the engines. Look up: angular momentum.

  • lts see if it makes it and that is the coolest thing that Nasa did

  • that is sick
