I work with pets everyday and I know that bands like that can cut off circulation and can cause real damage. but the clothes are cute my chichi dresses up like a peacock. My Chihuahua grabs clothes for me to put on him. If hes that good with strangers you did a great job at socializing him. many props to you.

This is not a good owner because he's just doing this for his own entertainment, I tried putting a sweater on my dog he didn't like it so I've never tried again.
