God forbid we use the 90% of our brains we dont use now , that could get very interesting sweety....i guess we'd have a wild ride to the next galaxy , or the war to end it all, or simply some bacteria decides to take over, either one of those , or we invent a television that installs inside our brains so we could take it anywhere
I think the next big wave will be humanitarian. I think there is a vast and growing intolerance FOR intolerance and I think the human species it on the cusp of spiritual and philosophical rebirth
Give it a few hundred years and most historical events will probably repeat themselves...only this time they'll be in HD and Blu-ray and hopefully I won't be alive to see it lol.
Or perhaps the world will explode. Then no one will be alive to see it lol.
I don´t know what the future will bring us... But I have such fears, that technology will become more power and intelligent like humans... You know, a horror-scenario like in "Terminator 2".
I love technology and I'm very optimistic about the way technology will evolve in the future. Technology makes life easier for us and opens up more possibilities. I don't really agree with the opinion that technology causes people to lose jobs. If people are doing work that could be done by machines, those people are not using their full potential. The difference between technology and humans is that humans are capable of creative thinking and imagination... and technology enables us to do so.
Modern technology is great. However, I believe it also has made people spoiled and lazy. No person really has to think anymore because electronic devices do it for us. Many jobs have been lost because machines can do it better and faster and cheaper. If the world lost it's electrical power, all modern societies would instantly crash and burn. That gives me an uncomfortable feeling.
You are too young to be reflecting like this... :)

thats an interesting idea mate, I often end up being intolerant against intolerance myself.
Then I often think about if that is good or right very tricky O.o

Perhaps the internet becomes aware of itself. Guess how much processing power is added in 5 to ten years.
All that´s needed is selfwriting software algorithms and off it goes. I´m curious if a KI would be benevolent. Maybe it´s scary Skynet :O

Its really great to have you back :)
Hmm how i would like to think that the human race will advance and have chips in your head for games and flying cars or even jet packs lol.
I do however believe that their will be a huge war and put our evolution on technology back a few decades.
Or not :D
