  • Berserker aka olmost Viking ;)

  • Dual-classing a Berserker with Cleric? Your god is Talos. If you're hardcore enough, you will wield a spear and bring down destruction upon everything that stands, no matter if they're in your way or not! Don't forget the eye patch! FOR TALOS!

  • notise that the voice he chose(male 001)sounds like avatus from warhamer 40k dawn of war 2

  • one of my brother game just found it in his room. when i was younger watch him play for hours NOW IT MY TURN

  • This game is a work of art. I have been a gamer since the 80s and this is game stands out as an exceptional experience... a true RPG experience. This one and Planescape Torment should be inducted into the RPG Hall of Fame.

  • Damn, I miss this game! I pretty much own two copies of all the games and I can't even play them 'cause my computer SUCKS.

  • The one person is the soldier that got killed by the armoured figure and the bitch known as gravity. Love the idea. Normally I choose a Dual class fighter mage, so this should be interesting

  • I wanted to point out that BG1 gives you a dual classing option BG2 does not.

I was able to start out as a fighter or cleric and then dual-class to a specialist mage (enchanter, necromancer, and on).

For some reason BG2 does not let you do this in character generation but so long as you don't used a modded game based on BG2's system you can do this in BG1.

The advantage of having a fighter/specialist wizard is having a wizard able to use good weapons and some types of armor later.

  • @pplr1 @pplr1 lol? bg2 allows that too i played a dualclass fightermage

  • @atomisten

No it doesn't. Note I referred to dual classing to "a specialist mage".

I've dual classed to a regular mage more than once in BG2 but the game system is a least a bit different in BG1 as it allows you to dual class to a regular or a Specialist mage.

BG2's system doesn't let you do the last option (limiting options to a just regular mage).

  • Ah yes, Baldur's Gate 1. One of those games that I wish was a well written book instead of a game. While I love the story, combat annoys the hell out of me. After finishing it once I probably will never play it again. BG2 offers much more replay value and I can enjoy that game time and time again. Non the less I will make sure to follow this LP. :)

  • Think I just might play along :-)

  • hmm.. what kind of cleric he will eventually become ? there are some evil gods to name in the pantheon.

  • @HellvVratH The game won't allow us to really choose a deity but we can pretend of course. I'm open to suggestions at this point. :)

  • @HDGamingReplays yea i know that but i mean thats a role playing game isnt it ? you must just find a reason to do what you gonna do. you have done that already many times in your decision making in your MOTB. was just interested and didnt intend to push you somewhere :)

  • @HellvVratH I'd be glad to discuss how events will turn out with my viewers and take their suggestions into account (if I like them).

I have my own ideas to explain why Zeckul will eventually focus on divine powers, but to be honest I'm not yet decided on which divinity he will choose.

  • @HDGamingReplays I have a suggestion for a god that he would worship, namely Shar. It's possibly the only neutral evil god that has a greater diety in these times. MINOR SPOILER it's also the god that Viconia worships in Baldur's gate 2 MINOR SPOILER.

  • @HDGamingReplays can i be a assassin in this game i play rogues assassins and thieves in video games

  • The main evil dude in this is definitely evil and a bastard.
