  • all american cars are made for going on straghts...bring it to a corner and the car will lose

  • @TRSF1 What American made cars have you blew a turn in? I had a stock '74 2dr Gran Torino in Deutschland and we took all turns great, no matter the elevation or angle. I also drove it 120mph on the autobahn every week that I was there and it never blew or broke. But then, I do not over-tach my motor and I do not enter a turn a 100mph either.

  • BEAST!!!!!!

  • driving around town...like a boss

  • Zebra 3 ? We have a problem...

  • Still the coolest car of all times...your playing the wrong theme and I'm sure they never had a multi-CDplayer in the boot..er..I mean trunk, shouldn't it be an 8-track or somethin. Fantastic job, you've brought an icon back to life.

  • AMAZING,

In the UK i grew up with Starsky & Hutch and I was memorised by the action and this car...

It was then and even now watching the DVD collection a brilliant series.

Nothing comes near it now for teaching kids from right and wrong and that the cops always get you in the end lol

I was 3 years old when it in launched in the UK, and I still love it :)

  • Cute toy

  • i've just cum...

  • AWESOME car man!!! I grew up watching Starsky & Hutch & I so wanted a Gran Torino like that!!! I still do actually!!! I think it'd be REALLY fun to catch a lot of grief from Prius owners with one of these!!!

  • I owned a 75 from about 86 to 90. Had a 400 c.i and a C6. The tilt wheel has a habit of working itself loose from the rest of the column but with a good torque bit and an extension, it can be tightened back up. I suspect all the older Ford products had the same issue. What a good car. Should never have gotten rid of her but I was young, full of cum and very stupid. 70 marquis was what she was traded for. How dumb was that?

  • thats awesome!

  • Nice car man, I have a 74 Gran torino, Just wondering where you got that steering wheel from and what size is it?

  • @Autostores1 80's Ford Mustangs / Mercury Capris had steering wheels like this...

  • That steering wheel is from an Early 80's Ford Mustang or Mercury Capri.

  • Nice car man, I have a 74 Gran torino, Just wondering where you got that steering wheel from and what size is it?

  • very nice car!

  • my sister has a 1974 or 1975 sitting in the backyard doing nothing! 351 clevland

  • @pittless22 My sister has chicken pox.

  • Wow! Fantastic! This almost brings tears to my eyes, I so want a car like that! I love the way the sun catches on the edges of the metal.

Unfortunately I will never have a car like that as long as I live in Germany. But once my dream has come true and I live in L.A. this will be the first thing I save up for!

  • Great looking bad ass car!!! Always loved it when I watched the tv show. And you're right about the stripe; first thing I looked at was to see if the black outline on the white stripe was there. It is on this one!!! Perfect car.....wish it were mine!!!!

  • i wonder if that paint job would looka ny good on a 76 mercury monteno

  • Great car !!! Great video !!!

What about a sideway burnout to be perfect next time

    Congratulations !!!

  • @nndbg Have fun trying to find one.

  • Beautiful. You even got the stripe right. A lot of them don't.

  • Sweet. You're one of the few owners who got the design of the stripe right.

  • You should post videos off your car..That thing is so beautiful..GREAT JOB.

  • What are the part numbers for the sway bars? Suppliers? I want get front and rear. Thanks.

  • @LTDII77 Don't know the part numbers. They were from a Gran Torino station wagon and boy, do they make a difference in tight turns. This car doesn't sway at all...nice and tight to the road!

  • @jumpinggenerallee01...2B bright red was used on Torinos from 1972-76; subsesquently, the pilot cars and first season cars were 2B also. In '76, Ford changed to a different shade of red( more of a "tomato red"), but for whatever reason, Spelling-Goldberg Productions wanted to keep the Torinos 2B red, so the '76 "close-up" cars were special-ordered in that color. Special-order paint cars had silver colored "sight (bumper-filler) shields" and chrome mirrors, so the Torinos had them too.

  • I have the same car , I just started building it like a starsky torino..LOVE that color..WOW GREAT LOOKING CAR!

  • great car ,and great job!!
