You don't need to stir it that frequently. The rolling boil does a good job mixing up the hops.

leave it to an Ag guy to be the first. Who cares if its Partial, extract, or all grain. Some people don't like the idea of spending the time it takes to do all grain. Most of the all grain people on here tend to look down on the other methods.
