does anyone else experience a black disk at the centre of the sun while sungazing? I can look directly at the sun with no pain and that black disk apears, I just stop as is probably not good for my eyes.

As for the black disk, I think it's just the negative image of the sun. It's best to limit sungazing to an hour around sunset and sunrise. Maybe then you'll have a bit less of that experience. I don't know, though.

It's good to err on the side of caution, as you are :)

However, in order to reach people who aren't open to a new idea it should be done in a format they can digest so the new idea is given a fair chance in that persons life. It's fine to be in the moment to deliver a message but consider your audiences may not quite be ready for that and cater to both if you want to reach more people.

I hear what you're saying. I also am aware that you're speaking from mind. Life is quite different when viewed from center or heart - radically so. With mind in the back seat (instead of driving) life is really quite a pleasant experience - even the difficult parts. So I really can recommend it

Enjoy your videos and sharing your experiences! I have a crystal almost exactly like the one you showed on this video. I recently stumbled onto sungazing videos and peaked my interest and wanted to research it more hence watching your video. Now I just have to find a spot I can actually see the sunrise and sunset around here. Speaking of bugs, what about those pesky cockroaches? Now, as for bugs, IDK (I don't know) - that's a big one. They are our (humanity's) own precipitated energy most likely... but IDK. I have a little bar coaster and small glass I use to capture and escort them out of the house when I find them. Have not dealt with roaches, tho - or anything in large numbers. Just this am I carried a scorpion out & gave it a toss.

thoughts... on bugs in general. It's time for each & all of us to realize that the "outer world" is not really out there. It's a reflection of what's within us. As we clean up the inside the outside will follow - at some point. Not necessarily 1 for 1 and not immediately - that would be mind's way of viewing.

Admission: I once had a gnat 'problem.' I really liked them, individually - they are cute and so perky, energetic. But in masses - not so much. So I hung fly paper :(

@TheseEyesGod Wow, and thanks for the insights. As for these darn roaches, there were here when I got here so I suppose they have squatting rights LOL. When I see unusual bugs, like a scorpion or a centipede, I usually take it as a message and look up the 'dream interpretation' or archytypical meaning of these various creatures or animals. Insects in general=aspects of shortcomings and taking into account each one's characteristics/behaviors. It does often help to gain insights. Blessings!

I agree with you about finding the message is in what we see - bugs and animals, included. The Native peoples also have deep understandings of the meanings things seen bring to us. Seeing one deer is different than seeing 2 or 3 - in the message it brings.

Since this is the second scorpion this week, I'll ponder that. Thanks for the reminder. It's also just part of living in the woods ;) LOL

paper :( I spoke with them first - told them it was coming if they didn't vacate - invited them to leave via the glass sliding door, and such things. I really prayed over it. All living things deserve respect.

Still, everything doesn't get solved that way - tho sometimes it works. Sometimes you can commune with the elemental beings involved & get the message across - and they leave. I use live traps for coons on the bird feeders and for mice, etc. We do what we can ;)

Interesting comment. I take no offense. Yours is a legitimate perspective.  I hold no belief in God the way most people do - as the religions teach it. Nonetheless, even the Andromedans, Pleiadians, etc - the benevolent beings on the higher dimensions, hold a belief in or awareness of the Is-ness, or 'God.' Yes, we all use our training wheels - some for many lifetimes - until they are not useful anymore. The right thing as you say is to just follow heart - your own heart. It will tell you what is best.
