I did a project for school on one of Warhols pieces & studied how influential this piece was to an audience. I think that Warhol was one of the most talented artists not only of his time during the Pop Art Era but also in the art world in general. I enjoyed researching Andy Warhol and the background information on his famous 10 Marilyns piece. It was interesting to hear different perspectives about this piece & to see the different ways in which an artifact can affect different an audience.

Hi. He did screenprinting. If you do a search for screenprinting on YouTube you will be able to find tutorials on the technique.

Hi Sandra, what a beautiful montage, Warhol was one of our greatest!.... I was inspired by him many many years ago. Back then, I painted with water color. I adored his style, but I found my style through him. I haven't painted in awhile, I've got away from it...Just one of those things, I guess....Now I paint faces, I love that too!!...ha ha ha.

Dezi. Thanks for the compliment. I am sad to hear that you are no longer painting. But at least you are doing something creative with your make up. My partner was an artist for years, but it was difficult to get started. Very bitchy business. So he has to do what he always did before (TV editor) instead of doing what he loves (Art).
