  • Ban high fructose corn syrup no matter how bad withdrawl symptoms get for society.

  • michael moore is awesome:p

  • if he stopped making movies about the poor and actually gave them half the food he eats every day he'd get a lot more done. good interview.

  • @urielrabo Yes, I thought so, another zombie walking around creating a private drama to spice up his/her life. Stop wasting people's time with inanities, please.

  • @urielrabo prove one lie.

    I thought so.

  • bless him for standing up for what's right

  • @DDTphoenix lol, what do you mean? how do you know that what he says is fact? you don't. you only listen to him because he has a voice and makes movies. people need to quit believing whatever a celebrity says and actually look into things themselves. Moore is a smart guy, but his films are not really that truthful, it's a lot of speculation and very little fact, and that's fine, as long as you know that and don't run away thinking because you saw his movie you have all the answers now.

  • @RyZombie619 I think that what he is saying is true and believe hes doing the right thing. If you don't fine but I do

  • He wasn't really lying at the time he said 'we're going to war for fictitious reasons' -- it's only logical. We're *always* led into war on false pretenses. How could it be wrong? And, of course, he wasn't wrong.

As they say: the first casualty of war is - the truth.

But he's fat, so how could we trust a word he says?

  • peter griffen did good

  • If we all thought like Moore, there would be revolution by morning.

  • michael keep doing waht you doing, youre awesome

  • Michael Moore, Europe loves you, Serbia Loves you, Everyone loves what you do !!!

  • Treason Michael Moore...(and weight watchers)

  • I love you Michael Moore!

  • It won't be one man or one government that creates a police state but more likely we'll happily sleepwalk into it with creeping rules and new laws with anyone pointing this out labelled unpatriotic and unamerican.

This scares the shit out of me. Moore is an American and he can say what he wants.........would his detractors rather he be censored?

Even if I disagree with someone.....Fred Phelps, Sarah Palin, etc..........I would strongly defend their right to speak.

  • Moore is an idiot that sees a conspiracy everywhere. Why the hell does he still live in America?

  • Your mom is fat.

  • hes fat because he's full of KNOWLEDGE

  • he is AMAZING

  • they talk about his weight, as if hes the only fat person in america. lol

  • his tie is too long

  • FAHRENHYPE 9/11 LETS YOU KNOW THE TRUTH

  • Letterman's usual circumspection.

  • Way to jack the title of the book from Ray Bradburys Fahrenheit 451.

  • @TriColorMonk There's a difference between theft and a reference.

    Learn it.

  • @mfighter96 Lol way to be up tight. last time i checked he was not refering to burning books.

  • Bowling for columbine was a disorganized mess. From what I can tell, he was presenting ideas of what shouldnt be blamed for columbine. and thats it...

  • @questionauthoritah Really? How?

  • @imyournate I don't ahve my head between the clouds. But conspiracists who believe the pentagon was an American setup as well as the rest of 9/11 has some serious mental problems.

  • a lot of ppl hate on moore because he talks all this shit about america but yet he lives in US and uses the system but yet he exploites all this shit we call that a hypocrit but then again who isnt these days at least he is sending a positive message un like these fucked up rappers etc these days!

  • Moore is an idiot. He makes money by representing everything bad in an institution without mentioning the good parts. He essentially bends truth.

  • you can all sit here and say how fat he is and what he believes in is shit.....but at least he is doing something all you guys are doing is posting rude comments on youtube wow......do you all realize what you are joking around about, alot of people died and you think that would make us better, it is all full of more rude and ignorent people than before you'd think that 9/11 would bring us all closer together but instead u r making fun of a man who is standing up for what he thinks is right

  • you can all sit here and say how fat he is and what he believes in is shit.....but at least he is going something all you guys are doing is posting rude comments on youtube wow......do you all realize what you are joking around about, alot of people died and you think that would make us better, it is all full of more rude and ignorent people than before you'd think that 9/11 would bring us all closer together but instead u r making fun of a man who is standing up for what he thinks is right

  • it doesnt matter how it happend or who did this, it just did and we can sit here 9,10,and 11 years later and say it was the us who did this to there own country but at the end of the day you loose because no one will listen it hasnt worked yet if the gov.(the leaders of the country)(and the ones who rule us) did it then no one will be left to do anything, i agree that bush wasnt a good leader but he also came into power when our country was falling apart.

  • he is good but he is the ugliest sonofabitch ever made by god.

  • @thedoors360 LOL.joker

  • this country needs more people like michael !

  • some questions:

    1. who can explain why the pentagon videos showing the entire approaching flight of UA flight 77, been hidden from view?

    2. who can explain why world trade building 7 fell in 6 seconds?

    3. who can explain why there was no major plane debris at both Pentagon and the Pennsylvania crash sites? (such as Titanium engines that can not be pulverized from mere high strength concrete).

    4. why hasn't the news media, to date, really asked these same and other questions?

  • @hooterchas Also, how did they find the passports but not the black boxes

  • Michael Moore is CIA.

there i said it. im in trouble now. agents will come bashing my door and take me for interrogation.

  • its always a douche or a turd sandwich

  • love bowling for columbine and sicko, i'm gonna watch this one now - i'm curious...

  • @smurfiennes You'll love it. I've seen 4 of his films. He's a fantastic film maker and political commentator. I agree with much of what he says especally on the unpopular war in Iraq and the notion that we should have universal healthcare in this country.

  • @RealTime88 A fantastic film maker and commentator? You must be joking. He is taking everything out of context and twists it around to fit his point. He is the exact opposite of a journalist.

  • @ichmagkirschen1 Never said journalist. I said commentator, PUNDIT, opnion maker!! So did you that Bush was a great president?

  • And Remember this words WIKILEAKS ¡¡¡¡¡

  • blood for oil its a shame, that for some goverments human life is irrelevant

  • you would think his excercising of capitalism from all his films he could afford a suit

  • Why does everyone comment on his weight? Honestly who fucking cares.

  • @SilentEcho33 thats the only american thing about him

  • @SilentEcho33: They talk about his weight because they CAN¨T debate his arguments!!!!

  • @cougar776 oh please.. this guy runs away from so many confrontations.

  • @metalmonkey88 That is bullshit amigo.

  • @cougar776 agreed

  • @cougar776 Ummm, nope that's not it. His arguments are as easy to debate as 12th century Vatican ideals. I'll start with an easy one...anti-guns. That's the dumbest thing ever, and his videos are weak. He goes to Canada and films himself opening peoples houses and thats proof they have no crime? Whatever...if you want the gov't to wipe your ass for you go ahead and vote for Obama again.

  • @delanogaston

"His arguments are as easy to debate..."

    ....

"That's the dumbest thing ever, and his videos are weak."

Succinct statements with no factual basis, backed by the vocabulary of a young child are very easy indeed.

  • @ismokereefer Wow, you are trying to make a point about "succint" statements by making some of your own? Bravo....now you can make your own weak video about dumbocracy. Sorry, but I'm not here to show off my vocabulary, I only have 500 characters and MUCH more is needed to talk about the many ways Michael Moore is a huge windbag. Not even Jefferson could have summed him up in that amount of space.

  • @delanogaston

    Jefferson probably could've done it.

  • @SilentEcho33 Exactly.

"When you resort to attacking the messenger and not the message, you have lost the debate." -Addison Whithecomb

  • @scandowegianpean Exactlyyyyyyy, also i hd no idea my comment was first

  • @SilentEcho33 it's the only things ignorant people can attack him, because Moore is so right about everything else ^_^

  • @SilentEcho33 i sure dont but i heard that he almost got kicked out of an airplane for taken two seats,, sucks,,,.

  • @SilentEcho33 idiot you are really?

  • @SilentEcho33 he needs to lose weight.... because it detracts from his message. CLearly evident by peoples responses and comment.

  • @SilentEcho33 I know right, he is a good documents person, one of the best.

  • @SilentEcho33 They want him to be thin so he can last eternity! duh

  • Boy, Dave is pathetic. Can't he ask anything other than "what did it feel like to win that award?" ?

  • @cafechat you're pathetic

  • @cafechat

  • history reports patriots that took a stance during the events not after the events unrolled..

no need for after death prophets..

michal moore is a great american patriot.

  • @level9statedept anyone who hates Michael Moors is a retard right-winger like you ! He's right in most of what he saya and definetely what he believes in

  • @Claronium780 i'm not a right winger, i didn't vote for bush or mccain. i think sarah palin is stupid, sean hannity is a robotic liar, etc. but mike moore is a fucking lying sack of shit. his documentaries are made up of complete falsehoods and crass manipulation. they are no better than outright propaganda.

  • @theZodiacDigital Thanks, thought I was the only one who thought that way. Personally, I don't jump on any band-wagons, period. I do my own research, check my sources, get a second (or possibly third) opinion, check the opposing side and their sources.

Kind of makes me sound jaded, but I value the truth highly. ^_^

  • @theZodiacDigital

"his documentaries are made up of complete falsehoods"

Actually, THAT is a complete falsehood. All of his claims are cited. It's amazing that people always talk about "doing research" and I honestly don't think they know the meaning of the phrase. If you check his film notes (on his website) he has the sources for ALL his facts on there with links so you can see for yourself. You may not be a right winger, but you sure are as dumb as one.

  • @lamborger the fact that he cites them doesn't make em true. the problem with the majority of his facts is he constantly cherrypicks data to supports his point. one example is in bowling for columbine, he uses different sources and different criteria for each number of gun deaths in each country (for example, sometimes he includes self-defense gun deaths, sometimes not). not only that, but he uses total number, not per capita, rendering the whole thing essentially meaningless. research #FAIL.

  • @theZodiacDigital

That's because a single source may not provide all of the facts you need. Mike wanted to use x number of countries for comparison. A single source only provided y number of facts. Thus, he had to go elsewhere. And it's not "cherry picking" for Christ's sake, everyone knows there are less people in Great Britain than America, but even per capita they still have WAY less gun deaths.

  • @lamborger it's not like that. the facts WERE there, but he IGNORED them out of convenience, then looked not only at a different source but an ENTIRELY different category. for example, he purposefully picked years in which gun deaths were lower in different countries but purposefully picked a year in which gun deaths were higher in the US. if there were 2 sources reporting deaths in other countries, he always chose the lowest one. how can you defend that? you can't.

  • @theZodiacDigital

You always try to get the most recent info. That's what he did. When the recent info excluded some of the categories in other stats it was inconvenient but still more updated and thus more valuable than the other information (even if it's from the same source). Besides, even if he used the same source with the same categories, it's not like the numbers would've been THAT different. Stats ( check any source) show the US has more gun deaths than other advanced nations. It's fact.

  • @lamborger of course it's true that the US has more gun deaths per capita than every other advanced nation, which is why it's even WORSE that he lied about the extent of it. he exaggerated and inflated a point that he didn't need to. it shows how pathological it is.

but there's more shit of course. for example, his insinuation that the NRA replaced the KKK (through innuendo / ripping off south park cartoon) is complete BS. that movie is a smear campaign on charlton heston, a man dying of cancer

  • @theZodiacDigital The movie has little to do with Charlton Heston, and if you don't think the NRA and KKK had anything to do with each other (at least in the early history of the NRA) then you're fooling yourself. Besides, you're treating the debate like you have already convinced me or that it is evident that Mike lied when you have yet to do that. Thus, your point about Moore being a pathological liar is bs.

  • @lamborger of course the NRA and KKK have some to do with each other. for example, the president who made the KKK illegal and gave them shit was ulysses s. grant (a union army general, while the KKK were southerners). after being president of the USA and kicking the KKK's ass, grant became president of the NRA.

charlton heston was one of the few hollywood stars to be with martin luther king during the march on washington. and the movie tried to portray him as a racist?

  • @theZodiacDigital

See, now you're twisting facts NOT Moore. The movie never portrays Heston himself as racist, they said that the NRA has a past that's racist. The same can be said of many things. I wouldn't call the United States a "racist country" but the United States certainly does have a history of racism. And the NRA popularized most(in terms of membership)in the South during the period directly after reconstruction (when segregation became the law of the land, the KKK became popular, etc.)

  • @lamborger the movie gives the impression that heston is a racist, and you can find tons of people who believe thats the case because of the movie. its not outright stated in the movie, because moore likes innuendo,

the second part of your comment is just pure lies that only comes from watching that shit movie.

again, the NRA was established by people who HATED the KKK - namely union soldiers. the KKK were confederates. they were at WAR before

an NRA president made the KKK illegal!

  • @theZodiacDigital

Again, no lies. You can make a case (one I don't buy) that he uses statistics to exaggerate his point but those statistics are rooted in FACT. They have sources, so they are not lies. It seems like your antagonism towards Moore is not motivated by his style of filmmaking but rather his ideology, sadly this is common in the American political system, among both liberals and conservatives.

  • @lamborger misrepresenting data to exaggerate a point = lying. it doesn't matter if it's "rooted in fact" if it's NOT a fact.

how about moore saying that his interview with heston is unedited... and then you can clearly see the clock on the wall "mysteriously" moving forward in time... nothing was cut out... yeah right.

it has ZERO to do with ideology. i think, for example, sean hannity (conservative) is just as big a liar as moore. can you name any liberal commentators you think are hacks?

  • @theZodiacDigital

No, it IS fact because you can find the sources and citations. Those are recorded, official statistics and thus NOT lies. And yes, I can name quite a few liberal commentators who I think are full of shit (i.e. Alan Colmes, Christopher Hitchens, etc.) You can see his unedited interview on the dvd. The debate is similar to what's shown in the movie, with a few details (rather unimportant ones) cut out to save time. ALL movies (documentaries included) are edited.

  • @lamborger hitchens is not a liberal - he supported bush's iraq war. colmes... are you kidding? google fox news liberal.

here's how you can lie with facts, it's all about misrepresentation. hannity did this not so long ago. he played a clip of barack obama saying "taxes for everyone are going to be higher next year" then he said "and he'll probably make sure of it." of course BO did truly say that - but hannity still lied by not playing the full quote "...according to bush's plan" (continued)

  • @theZodiacDigital

Those aren't the only liberals I can't stand, there are plenty. The point is, Michael used facts (you found the sources, clearly) and that's all there is to it. When you can find an instance when he clearly says something that isn't true, then you can call him a liar. And it was a "pro gun rally" it was to get out the vote, but it appealed to voters who were concerned with gun legislation.

  • @lamborger

that is such a crock of shit and you know it. it was NOT a pro gun rally, i dont care who it appealed to.

i have a question for you: do you believe the NRA was insensitive to the victims of the families by defiantly travelling to wherever there was a shooting - or as one reviewer put it, "it seemed that Charlton Heston and others rushed to Littleton to hold rallies and demonstrations directly after the tragedy."? do you think that is the case? and if so, why?

  • It was a pro gun rally because it was a rally in favor of guns (hence a "pro gun rally") even if that wasn't the direct reason for the rally. I don't think Heston was a sadistic prick,I think he acted too quickly without thinking everything thoroughly through. But that's a matter of belief, not fact, the reason he held that rally (with the NRA) is something only he (and the members of the NRA) know. The point is, you can't point to anything Moore said that's a lie, that's the bottom line.

  • @lamborger

i want to be real clear on this... you think it sort of went like this - based on bowling for columbine - a kid got shot, a few days later heston was defiant and was like let's go and hold a big rally there promoting guns, god really knows why. happened twice for similar reasons (columbine/littleton).

how do you interpret heston's quote shown partially and "creatively" edited in bowling for columbine, that goes a little like this "they told us not to come? we're already here!"

  • @theZodiacDigital

No, that's not what happened. I know that's not what happened, so does Michael. That's why he didn't make it seem that way in the movie. He says that the NRA ALREADY had a rally planned there (I really don't know why) but Heston wouldn't cancel it even after members of that community "begged" him not to come. Heston's quote was neither creatively nor misleadingly put into Bowling for Columbine, what he said are HIS words, if they make him look bad, that's not Moore's fault.

  • @lamborger ah but he "conveniently" failed to mention that heston DID cancel 99% of the rally - the only thing that was actually held was a members' vote, which was a LEGAL REQUIREMENT. "god knows why" indeed.

it's called misrepresentation. look at the hannity example. obama did say "taxes will go up for everyone next year" those ARE HIS words. but hannity misrepresented as it being obama's plan when in fact obama said it was bush's. moore does the EXACT same thing. interpret the meaning for me

  • @lamborger (continued) this is what moore does - misrepresentation. again, moore pulled the numbers from different years according to what best suited him - NOT the most recent numbers, but sometimes older ones when newer ones were available.

After the shooting of Rolland... Moore says: "Just as he did after the Columbine shooting, Charlton Heston showed up in Flint, to have a big pro-gun rally."

LIE. it was a "get out the vote" rally EIGHT MONTHS after the shooting.

  • @level9statedept

you now when you have no facts to make him look bad. hey look moores fat. really

    dumbass

  • @level9statedept

what point r u tryin to make

    wat moore said is true

btw moore kided bill o reillys ass

  • i love michael moore, and i think every american should have to watch f/911. you cant be ignorant to the fact that we as americans, allowed the idiot to run this country. straight into the ground. now, people are wandering why obama has ran the country into the ground. ?? its obvious that the tsar know as bush, has done so much damage, this country may NEVER overcome.

  • The guy's controversial, but so what? I'll take provocative over boring any day. Plus, even though he can be kind of outrageous, he gets people thinking.

  • I remember seeing the Academy Awards show when MM won his Oscar. When we heard the "booing", we couldn't see anyone in the audience booing, when the camera panned across. Most likely, the "boos" were added into the audio mix by the conservatives who control the media. Bunch of stormtroopers!

  • this guy doesnt have fear of anything!!!! he is so damn right!!!

  • Love this Guy. Stand up for what you believe in and let your voice be heard.

  • his oscar sopeech was awesome though. the fact that loads of people booed him, but he kept saying what he wanted to. this man is awesome!!!

  • wow. he seems terrified!!!

  • o shit audience hah

  • i fail to see what is so funny about this??

  • @dedskin1 It's not funny. Indeed, Moore seems nervous. And perhaps he had reason to - as he knew there was bound to be a media explosion about (and right wing hatred for) 'Fahrenheit 9/11'.

  • @Johnny6666 ofcorse we all know what is goin on..ppl need to be relaxed an for thet reson they laf even to the something thet is more for crieing. The ppl are to blaim for this, couse they accepte this...dont accepte everything you see ppl, demande change and itll come..

  • hey rather you agree with him or not he represents free speech

  • why does he alway wear a cap? lol....!!

  • hes the man

  • he's wearing black because he's a fatass.

  • @megagagnon1 and your a dumbass

  • shut up you cunt :D

  • he gas one of the longest ties ive seen...

  • Watch ' Core of corruption' and 'The Arrival'.

  • Michael Moore is the messiah!

  • "Europeans think Americans are fat, vulgar, greedy, stupid, ambitious and ignorant and so on. And they've taken as their own, as their representative American, someone who actually embodies all of those qualities."

    Christopher Hitchens

  • Ironic, since Christopher Hitchens lives there now.

  • No it isn't ironic. You've missed the point. Those are not Hitchens' views about America, he is after all an American himself, he was making fun of the fact that Europeans tend to be anti-american and hold those views yet they totally lapped up the film of someone who embodies all of those qualities without even realising it. That is what is ironic.

  • That is ironic. To be honest, I don't really like Hitchens any more than I like Moore.

  • Can we not generalise the whole of Europe as anti-american...i mean Britain is techonologically in Europe and we don't hate american's...we just didn't like the Bush government although we did support it in the earlier days.

Also, Poland has a lot of respect for American's as well as many other eastern European nations

  • I didn't say that the whole of Europe was anti-american and I didn't mean to imply it. It is just a generalisation.

  • Michael Moore Michael Moore Michael Moore

  • i like him

  • He has said everything right about the American government and now they are scared. I supose he`s like a computer hacker, they either jail/ kill him or use him to actually help them. He is a very inteligent man and please don`t judge him by his looks. That`s what causes wars!!

  • @rightwingmoron

Of course someone like you would love to ignore Michael Moore's evidence of Bush's downfall of America, you disgusting rightwing pig.

  • Bush government is Shit.

  • @sansetra all governments after jfk are shit

  • you judge people on how they look? I must say, very smart...

  • Comment removed

  • @mrcheeto1006

    You must be superficial.

  • dont mind Jeany, that (-) comes from a boy for sure ;)

  • I love you Michael!!! I want children with you!

  • If theres one thing I NEVER thought I would even imagine someone saying its what you just said. I'm not attacking you like so many kids on youtube do i'm just saying WOW.

  • Well Jeany, I've got great news.. I'm every thing Micheal Moore is.. well, except I don't have his money, and I weigh only about 145 lbs... nor do I have his fame, but besides that we see eye to eye on everything! And yes, I'm single with no kids, so we can get started immediately -whatdaya say? lol

  • aww cute replies. lol :-)

  • This guy is amazing

  • americans voted for bush because he is like them

  • stupid....? :P

  • Then we turned on him because he turned on us.

  • your ignorance astounds me

  • michael moore is a genius!!!!!!!!!!!!

everyone who says different doesnt understand ...ergo he s stupid

  • @katsdorf16 exactly! I don't know the famous person that said the fallowing quote, but the quote goes "The bigger the lie, the more people will believe it." And that sums it up for me. Anyone who refuses to believe that a government, any government for this matter, is not capable of doing evil or willing to do unspeakable evil to it's own people is so beyond the spectrum of logic, to me. I don't care what party is in power, I would be saying the same thing (it's sick beyond words) regardless.

  • yeah, time proved that Michael was right!

  • @trfreitaslivre Didn't need time to know he was right... all u needed was a brain and common sense

  • @l7ebels amen, bro...

  • he is smart dont be surpised if he gets killed the goverment will kill him soon. b/c he is exposing them.

  • The sooner,the better.

  • man i hope not hes way too valuable to the dems.

  • you are a fucking moron

  • Hes a genius

  • this guy is one of the few smart americans!

  • hey hey hey, don't rope britain into this, it was america's fault for funding osma bin laden in the first place. now stop lo
