Sungha uses picks on the thumb, index finger, middle finger, and ring finger of his right hand. Fingerstyle guitarists do not ordinarily use the little finger of their right hand except as a sort of brace. One of the best of the early fingerstylists, Merle Travis, generally used only his thumb and index finger.

Spanish Flamenco guitarists are the only ones I know of who use the thumb and all four fingers of their right hand to play.

To be honest, I am not sure of detailed information regarding Sungha's picks, beyond what is available on his site, and what can be gleaned from watching his videos carefully.

His fingerpicks slip on over the tips of his fingers and I believe they are held in place with a kind of tape. The thumb pick has a band that slips on over his thumb like a ring, and the pick is a part of it---if I'm not mistaken. Unless I'm misinformed, the entire set is by AlaskaPiks.
