Playing goal with all that ice hockey equiment without skates or at least rollar blades would be hard to move around quick. Its like packing 200 pounds of equminet and the goalie looks pretty slow on his feet

I find that finding the correct hockey level for me made a huge difference. I used to play in a Tiers where people are much faster than I am. I was then considered as a well-below averag player. I was often benched. Now I've found a division where people are older and slower, and I'm now an above-average player.

I tried ice hockey, but it's not demanding enough. Even giving all I have, I hardly sweat, and feel I did not really had a work-out. I've been playing competitive ball hockey for three years, and I am exhausted during each game. When I can hardly walk out of the arena, it means that the experience was truely worthwhile.

you can start young, i started at 14 im only 16 now, if you have the skill have the desire then you will be in the uper tiers.

That would called Roller Hockey. Ball Hockey is a different sport and is much larger than Roller hockey in Canada.
