I think it's a missed opportunity. The ref should've done his job as the enforcer of good conduct, and given the yellow card. Wouldn't affect Bernardo's win, but would cost him 10% of his fight money, which is a lot at such levels.
Losing a few thousand dollars over the incident would've both set Bernardo thinking about sportsmanship and acted as a warning to other hotheaded guys to either show sportsmanship or not get into a ring.

At first I thought it was shitty that he stood on him too but when I saw the first fight I changed my mind. Gary hit him in the back of the head when he was on the ground and also hit him while he was down. He deserved it.

If you read further up in the comments you will read about that the black guy was the original instigator. He gave Bernardo several illegal blows to the back of the head. We South Africans are frankly sick and tired of being treated like the scapegoat nazis of the world.

i think goodridge has the power punch but he lacks defense..lucky for bernardo coleman didnt catch him coz im pretty sure bernardo will be "broken into pieces" by coleman's GnP...not a quite humble kickboxer(bernardo)..but im sure he(coleman) is great fighter...
