well k and n isnt very compatiible with saabs, so you prob just need to get a different intake. i recommend the BSR optiflow intake, it works the best, and their made for saabs
i have a quesion for you. I have a 2003 saab 93 arc and i put a k and n cold air kit on it and after about ten minutes of highway driving my throttle body goes into limp mode and i cant build more than 30% boost. Is it because i don't have a ppc

I got rid of this car over a year ago, and I run AEM dry flow filters in all my cars now.

you may have to cut off the MAF connection on the stock intake. then put the kn to that. the maf sensor is really bad about that.

The inner diameter of the MAF housing must be identical to the original intake otherwise it will not be able to read the airflow correctly.
Also the tube you installed MAF into could be causing turbulence in the air and that could also inhibit the MAFs ability to measure the airflow.
