Hey Boris - a visitor to your city had an "experience" :I just got scammed of £190 on the April 28, 2008 at a place in Soho. As far as I can see, he seems to make sense, which is very rare in politicians, but whether this is just a guise or not, with the intentions of misleading the people he got to vote for him into doing so remains to be disclosed.

I do agree that he doesn't seem to be able to handle himself publicly too well, but I value good ideas and a sound state of mind, capable of logical thinking in a leader than charisma.

I do agree with Boris's point about congestion charging/exclusion zones shifting traffic around the exclusion zone - although not sure its entirely the case in London, it is certainly what happens in Oxford, thanks to Green Party - cars can't make simple turns from one street to another, but have to go all the round the ring road to access a street from the other end - so much for lower CO2. Most people drive because they have to, not because they want to.
