@Arnebananlolo Yes, reducing every none royal family/ royal veins/ blue bloods. You can't decrease the population so quickly, without killing. Think about it, it's the only logical solution for them. If SMART people ran the countries, we would never had this problem in the first place. Royalty have been inbreeding for centuries, and inbreeding causes less evolution. It doesn't mean they're doing the dirty work though.
