Seriusly you cant blame the sharks for chasing surfers. Ocean is their home they cant just go on land and live there. Its the surfer's problem, they dont have to surf there do they? And i know this sounds weird but the shark's actually do have the rights to chase the surfers becouse thats their habitat and they just think the surfers are birds, and therefore their meal.
