I think it's Cao Fang's attempt to replicate "Her Majesty" or "Lovely Linda" which were really short McCartney songs similar to this one. They short, sweet, and right to the point...

After listening to the full version, I did some intense searching and found that the first part is actually a song called Summer's Taste or 夏天的味道, so I think the "full version" is actually a combination of the two songs.

Surprisingly, the version of Summer's Taste I found states that the female artist is Rock Paper Scissors or 石头剪刀布. And apparently male artistes (Leon 黎明 and 後弦) have done their versions of Summer's Taste.
