HELP im on 4.3u and when i go into it and press A is ask to select firmware version of wad manager or something and says next to it ios68- ect... and when i click A it just turns off my controller and i wont turn on causing me to have to restart the wii

a little help here guys? i have version 4.3e, want to install a wad. i formatted a usb stick to fat32, created a folder named apps, put in the wad manager folder, created another folder named wad and put the wad file in. now when i put the usb stick and open the wii, wad manager isn't there on the homebrew channel application. in the homebrew channel screen it says 1.0.8 ios58 v255.255. what am i doing wrong? thanks!

i followed the directions perfectly and ever time i get to the wad manager v1.4 downloader my wii remote shuts off and the battery is full.

I do exactly the same thing of the video just that when i enter to the homebrew channel and click the Wad aplication then it say two choices i click yes but Wii stop working. Can any1 tell what is the problem? pls :( oohh and mi Wii version is 4.3U

it aight forget, i found a way to load neo gamma from the homebrew channel so i dont need to have neo gamma as a channel anymore. and yes its possible to install cIOS with wireless, u just need to get the .wad file on the net, thats wat i did and now everything is working

Hey Solcity, Im having a problem installing NeoGamma R7 to my 4.0U Wii. A while back, my friend installed Homebrew and 0.3 gamma, but now I want to play a purchased Wii Resort without updating to 4.2U, I believe this can be done w NeoGamma but correct me if im wrong. In WADmanager v1.4, I get ERROR! (ret = -1) when selecting the Wii SD slot source, instead of file list. Any advice? I'm pretty clueless about this so my bad if this is very basic. Im using IOS249 btw.

error -1 means your sd card isnt set up right, check again it should look like this root-> wad-> neogamma r7.wad

i was going through the installation im using 4.2u on my wii and the ios249 freezes my wii. i tried the ios36 like it says on someone elses comment and it goes through, but when trying to install the wad manager it comes with error 2011 as well. will this get solved with trucha? can u point me where to get it?

when i try to do iton my wii (v4.2e) i go to the wad manager and it i click a then it comes up with ios249 when i click (A) it freezes and ios 236 doesnt come up on mine so i go to ios 36 and it takes me to the next step but when i try downloading neo gamma it says installing ticket..... i have installeed the Wad and the cios 14, all looks great, however i get smn01.dol missing, and the loading of the game stops, and reverts backto the option to load, what am i doing wrong???

smno1 is the game id, there is no .dol for it i beleive, all you need to do is have a PATCHED version of the game and those two other things installed, if you cannot patch your own backup, get an already patched one from thepiratebay
