  • Awesome !!! like as original...

  • Lovely performance!

  • Outstanding!

  • Good job, guy...Don't you just love the Digital Delay?

  • Bravo! That is amazing. And I had no idea that Dan Rather played. :-)

  • thats the great thing about the effect "Delay" you can get this hellicaster sound as if you are going faster than a train :)

  • Wow!!! Superb!!!

What delay set have you done??mseg???

  • sehr virtuos, aber aber es fehlt die melodie

  • wow,i love that,great use of delay..

  • sounds awesome, great job man!

  • I'm guessing that it took more than an afternoon to learn that piece! LOL!!!

    Very nice playing indeed Zangit...

  • Thanks!!!

    Ya, took a few months!!

  • Great job little bro...sounds deadly....mom figures I need to learn it so that we can play it together when you come home...lol....dont think Ill ever get that good :).....excellent!!!

  • Thanks!

    Really neat sound isn't it.

Check some of the favorite videos on my youtube channel. The hellecasters are really fantastic guitar players.

  • Dunno about timing going off. I thought John did this with a load of studio trickery and overdubs. Seems an impossible piece to play "Off the Strat".Have been messing with echoes for years, and the slower you get to slap-back, the more unforgiving the errors. This is good work man..if ever Jorgenson suffers a fatal arm-wrestling bout with Hillary Clinton, you must be a consideration for a replacement Hellecaster. Top playing!!!

  • Thanks!

The delay is such a great effect. It can be used so many ways :o)

  • THATS GREAT.KEEP UP THE GOOD PICKING.

  • Amazing, just amazing!!

  • Hi, this is neil from school. awesome video, you should think about studio work. didn't know you were this good. haha. well ta ta for now.

  • Hey Neil!! Good to see you using a computer ;o) LOL

    Thanks for the comment!

Please tell the class I said "HI" :o)

    Take Care!

  • Really good. Thats not an easy piece to play, you have it really down well, I'm sure it would be even better if you had a track to play with , I also agree with CedricIII it's a little clean and a bit too strat sounding! Thanks for checing out my Danger Man and your comment, I also have a version of Highlander Boogie if you care to have a look. I would love to hear your Inspector Gadget version,, Now thats a tough one :-)

  • Thanks colm841!

I have the back track for the tune, but it isn't 'that' accurate to the recorded version :-| Your right, the tune is much better when played with the whole 'band' so to speak. I've edited the back track to be more like the CD, and have a pretty good audio recording only, just haven't got around to doing in front of the video camera... yet!

  • I checked out ALL your video's... some VERY nice playing!! :o)) Really good!

Check back or sub I guess, Steve and I hope to record Inspector Gadget soon...

  • Thanks for looking and my vids. I'm not sure if you have checked out Will Ray's site , he has a backing track cd he uses on demonstrations and OBS is on there. It's pretty much like the oringinal tack, without the guitar parts.

    Colm

  • No your timeing doesn't go off here.

Just say you play notes of awesomeness that the human ear can't hear.

  • Thanks for the great comment!!!! :o)) LOL

  • I'd like to re-record it, as it really gets slow towards the end. :o/ I also hope to record some other tunes I play with a good friend. Inspector Gadget King Authurs Dream Hellecaster Stomp Back On Terra Firma Hellecaster Theme Passion Son Becomes Father 5 Minutes to Spare Danger Man Help I've Fallen... We really enjoy The Hellecasters! Can you tell :o)
  • Thanks for the comment!

  • Thanks for posting this one You did an incredible job on it. I love Jorgensen's playing. Somewhere on here os a video of him playing with Tommy Emmanuel, you should check it out.

  • Thanks!

I checked out the vid of Jorgenson and Emmanuel. Great stuff!!! both top notch players.

  • dude so did i in like third grade but im alot older now. but im trying to spread it haha i got it bc i was saying "dangit" alot then one day i just said it really fast and it came out as zangit and for me it means like "looking good" or if you see a hot chick then you say Zangit

  • Awesome!

  • Thanks!

  • dude just wondering but did u make up the word zangit or did u get it from someone else. and awesome guitar by the way. i play too!

  • I made up the word zangit a few years back when I got tired of findng my old nick all over the place (other people with the same nick). So I made up what I thought was a very obscure name. Now I'm finding it all over the net :o) Funny eh! Oh Well.

How'd you come by the name?

  • Fantastic!...It takes a lot to play this song,right?....Congratulations man!!...I got the tabs years ago in a magazine, the original song,a couple of months via web.Donahue part is also terrific.

    Up the guitar!!.Good year!

  • Thanks!

I'd like to learn all three parts, if I ever find the time ;o)

  • You realy kick ass man!!

    This is very very difficult!!

  • Thanks!

  • i did one only i can't spell that good!!!

  • Great !!!

can you tell us a little about the delay settings, please ?

  • Thanks.

I'm using a Boss DD-3 with the E Level @ Max the F Back @ Min, D. Time pointing to the bottom corner of the 'K' in "F.Back" and the mode set to L.800Ms. The trick is to play between the repeats. Once you can get the "roll" going it's pretty easy (relatively) to keep it going.

    Tons of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks a lot, and again great playin' !!!

  • Great!!!!

  • Nice! The last part was a bit slow from the rest, but over all it was great! And I would like to hear a bit more gain, you know... a bit more flesh in the tone, it was a little too clean now.

    :)

  • Thanks for your comment!!

Ya, my timeing got much slower towards the end. I'd like to record it again sometime with the backing tracks to help keep that beat and fill up the back end. Maybe I'll add a touch of gain to some parts next time ;o) I just checked out some of you video's. Very impressive!!!

  • Cool! Thanks! :)

  • I quit, you hear.

After that, what is the point.

I thought it was, well you know.

    I JUST QUIT.

  • Never Quit! :o)

  • Cool stuff!

SOUNDS VERY NICE !! 5/5 from me !

  • I wish I could play. :(
