Hey there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got detailed 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
might be hard to store that for survival food. is there raw food for long term storage? don't for get to buy guns and ammo soon. get off the eastern sea board as soon as you can afford it. read agenda 21 and codex alimentarius. food looked tasty. zucchini pasta i'll be checking out soon. thanks for the vid ...oh hell one year ago....lmao
I am an Alaskan girl who eats lots of raw food, and the only meat I consume is fish, and thats on occasion . AeonBlue07 I am pretty far north, how far north do you have to be to not be a healthy raw foodist. =) I'll be waiting for an answer.
Just have to say this looks wonderful, you have really inspired me to go create more wonderful luscious Raw and Living Food Recipes. As a raw food Nutritionist and natural wellness coach I love to see vibrant dynamic Raw recipes like this, I bet it taste delicious. I talk a lot about Raw food on my Youtube channel- HealthUnprocessed
It's quite simple once you get past the "raw" cookbooks and realize we digest best on raw fruits and vegetables. It's the logical conclusion to high fat raw problems. 811rv
Thanks so much for this post lerawconteur, this is totally amazing! Today is my first day on my raw food garden diet and you have just made it that much more exciting. I know this journey will have its challenges but thanks to great folks like yourself the end result will be easier to obtain, and soooooooooo worth it. God Bless Bunches.....xxxxxxx

*disclaimer* : to be a healthy raw foodist you need to be a yuppy with disposable income and live in a highly populated southern climate town with multiple natural food stores. if you have a low class income and live in a northern climate you can go f*ck yourself you poor losers.
1. I'm from CT, which is pretty difficult to label a "southern climate town." I ate raw there. Plenty of people do. Don't get angry at people who choose not to live in the arctic circle.
2. I don't have multiple natural food stores near me. We have 1 wholefoods market near us, and its selection of raw food products is pretty scant. We have to order a lot of things online.
@lerawconteur People are stuck in a system of Medical doctors and pharmaceutical drugs!! Its all LIES!!! Heal your body with Plant based living nutrition!! Gluten and dairy is why people are so sick and obese!. but its hard to convince stubborn brainwashed ignorant Americans!
@lerawconteur I was hoping you would answer him without being rude yourself. I live in a cold climate because I want to be near my extended family and there is low crime here...AND we are virtually untouched by the massive job losses and tent cities people are experiencing now =) now that I've defended the BEAUTIFUL northern climate I happily live in. I'd like to say I love being raw and where there is a will THERE IS A WAY! Many of us have green houses and there is one natural food store here.
@lerawconteur This is true for where my mother lives in Texas as well. The nearest health food store that has limited supplies and not even fresh produce is about 45 minutes away, further out in the country!
3. I'm a college student, which would remove me from the yuppy w/ disposable income category.
I'm perplexed as to who is the loser... People trying to make a positive change in the world? Or people who like to insult others over youtube... perhaps you can figure that one out since you're so smart.
@lerawconteur I agree! And as for his comment for if you live in the north, I disagree totally with that. I am a college student at University of Alaska Fairbanks, which is about as damn north as you can get in America =/ There are allot of people here who believe in natural whole food diets-both plant and meat. There are so many farmers around her because, hey, there is wilderness all around. We do pretty darn good here =P its just harder in the winters.
@AeonBlue07 You shouldn't call yourself "low class." You're a human being. You're not a category. I spend 1/3 of the money I used to on food. It is extremely easy for anyone to eat a raw food diet. You are just being ridiculous and angry for no reason.
@AeonBlue07 you poor losers? What the actual fuck. I feel like you're trying to classify yourself as better than everyone else just because of your income and where you live. Why don't YOU fuck yourself, you waffly twat.
@AeonBlue07 I disagree. I'm from a middle class family and I'm a full time student as well as full time employee putting my own self through college and I find that it's cheaper eating vegan than I had once thought. For instance, I could eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for less than $5 a day and this includes gourmet vegan meals I cook myself.
@IndigoRoseDiaries If you buy in bulk it works out well. I buy my nuts to make my milk (almond milk) in large quantities to save. And I make my own granola cereal so it averages out to about $1 day for cereal, for lunch I have a quick salad which costs the most out of the whole $5 a day meal process. it roughly works out to $2.50 a day for a small salad. And for Dinner, if you make your own seitan with wheat gluton you buy in bulk (20 pounds will last me a month and costs $25)
@AeonBlue07 why did you get so angry. He is only describing creative and personal ideas that he likes and have worked for him. There's nothing to get so annoyed about. There are plenty of raw people who dont have a lot of disposable income and live in northern climates and make it work.
@AeonBlue07 If I may also interject, It is you who claims class. Patch the chip on your shoulder...perhaps if you would try raw, you'd see that you'd feel a lot better and your depression would lift and things will not seem so dispairing. Also, check online for a local CSA which is actually cheaper than buying produce at the local market for the duration you can get produce from them.
I also second the rebuttal for "yuppie with disposable income". you can even buy vegetables on food stamp
For sure, there's a bunch of recipes on my blog (just see my channel page) and I'll be sure to upload some videos of some of the recipes featured here. Most of them are from other raw food chefs, so i would have to ask permission first. stay tuned!
haha that's the danger! you have to be creative! i'll upload more videos about what i eat. I would feel deprived if i didn't eat tasty food... the trick is to make it healthy as well! @Artsyblack

I have several problems with that last statement.
