@xGummiBearr I don't want to know! I woke up feeling like i was punched in the mouth at 6 am. Just pure throbbing terror. They did work and I'm still seeing the benefits of the whitening but it is hell.

OMG I'm so sorry you had to go thru this for a review, but it seriously is SO helpful. Every time I get my teeth whitened they hurt SO bad, like a pain of no other. I'm so glad you did the follow up. Let us know how long it lasted and if you think it was worth it ultimately :( I remember taking vicodin and that didn't even work! Sorry!

I'm using crest 3D professional effects whitestrips, i don't think they works for me. and u were right about not to push too hard on the bottom of the teeth, it really makes me feel sore.
