  • Reuben I love your hair cut. I love how independant you are in making your own food, wish I could have been taught that at an early age, i think it makes a difference in how you look at food later in life. I am doing my best to make a change but it's sometimes difficult, thanks for giving me more pointers, I appreciate you little man. Pray for me.

  • Over 6 years of raw foods and i still can't eat broccoli raw - gives me gas and doesn't sit well in my stomache :(

    I usualy steam it or dehydrate with some vinegar and/or lemon to brake it down. will have to try this method.

  • Nice one Reuban !.im on my way to lydls to get the bits n pieces to do your sauce.I made one last week with half an onion n believe me it was so strong it took me head off so a quarter onion makes good sense.BlessingsX
