Trust Doesn't Rust & KITT vs KARR were the best Knight Rider episodes featuring KARR. The episode " Knight To King's Pawn " in Knight Rider 2008 had a great plot, but I wished KARR had a little more exposure. Not only that, KARR was easily defeated by KITT in the end due to NBC's budget constraints.
