It's possible the actors knew this dude was from Funny or Die. Even then, however, I do not believe this is scripted. Not a chance. These actors have done many interviews. It was probably somewhat refreshing, to not to have the same fuckin' 5 to 10 questions thrown at them.

Actors (i.e. Michael Cera) are quite 'with it' enough, to play back at some jackass during an interview.
