I'd do moisturizer THEN Prep + Prime.  Give them both time to marinate on your skin. It'll feel much better. :)

Sk8erBoiZach: Foundation needs to be set with powder just so that it basically stays where it's supposed to and doesn't end up sliding off your face throughout the day.

For whatever reason, YT is not letting me post my comment. Grrr!!! But I don't apply foundation to my lids because I use eye primers/bases to keep the eye shadow on for a longer period of time. Foundations crease for me. =(
